It purposes three types of variables that’s Input, Process and Outcomes at three levels of analysis that’s Individual, Group, and Organizational .The model illustrates that inputs lead to process, which lead to outcomes. The model also shows that outcomes can influence inputs in the future, which highlights the broad- reaching effect OB initiatives can have on an organization’s future. Responding: In inputs level personality are sometimes changes as per situation demand. In process level emotions & moods also can frequently changes also. Perception might not be always right. Which effect on outcome. In input of organizational level culture or vary in region to region. Relating’s: In my organizations I always select employees according diversity of work. Empowering them so that they feel ownership. Always train them to get maximum productivity . Reasoning: To make the organizational successful, its need to ensure the diversified personality, value input, Need to control the emotions with motivational and perception to accurate decision making .Which all are ensure the outcomes of attitudes & stress and actual behavior .Group structure role and make the team responsible by proper communication and leadership to avoid politics, conflict which ensure the group cohesion and functioning.
