Corona Viruses Awareness Program at SRACO-OSS

Camp, Qadhadiya.

1. Introduction:

This Project is under taken to aware the employees in the camp about the CORONA virus
a pandemic disease. The SRACO consider health, equality in health care provision and
access to Health care as a fundamental right of every citizen to full and meaningful life.
The basic objective of this awareness program is to explain our employees about the
recent outbreak of the pandemic disease corona virus, how it impacts and what are the
precaution methods we need to take to overcome from this effect.
In this awareness program we explain our employees about the KSA government
regulations towards this corona virus in which we mention the travelling procedure and
how to react over the situation if we found any symptoms related to the corona virus
pandemic disease.

3.Corona Virus (COVID-19): The Basic

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common
cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-
CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). A novel corona virus is a new
strain that has not been previously identified in humans.

Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted between animals and people.  Detailed
investigations found that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV
from dromedary camels to humans. Several known coronaviruses are circulating in animals that
have not yet infected humans.

4.Sign of infection :
Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and
breathing difficulties.
In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney
failure and even death.
