This consent should not be construed as exemption from obtaining necessary NOC/permission from any other Government authori 10. Industry shall install & operate online monitoring system for their treated trade effluent for pH, BOD, and COD with data logger system. 11, The treated trade effluent shall be discharged by tanker or through flexible pipeline at CETP outlet and CETP shall daily monitor the tanker effluent by analyzing for COD and pH parameter. 12. This is temporary arrangement permitted only for two months or upto completion of upgraded new CETP (expanded capacity of Roha CETP) whichever is earlier. 13. After satisfactory commissioning of new CETP (expanded capacity) the industry will be allowed to discharge the treated effluent of 400 CMD to new CETP after achieving 80 mg/lit BOD standard. 14.Industry shall up-grade their system to achieve 30 mg/lit BOD standard by end of November 2016 and submit the BG of Rs. 10 lakhs towards compliance of the same. 15.Industry shall submit the BG of Rs. 10 lakh towards compliance of consent conditions. 16, Industry shall install separate energy meter for ETP and another for MEE system 17 Industry shall maintain the daily record of effluent generated and discharge to outlet of CETP and shall be submitted weekly report to SRO office, 18. Industry shall comply with the conditions stipulated in Environmental C granted by GoM vide No. SEAC-2011CR.694/T.C.2 dtd 27.12.2011. 19.Industry shall install necessary APCs ESP, Bag filter or wet scrubber to the coal fired boiler by 30% June 2016. Till then, industry shall not operate the coal fired boiler. 20. This consent is isstied pursuance to the NOC given by Deputy CEO, MIDC dated 25.04.2016 to discharge treated trade effluent at outlet of CETP by tanker. 21. Schedule-I Terms iti liance of Water Pollution Control: 1) Aj As per your application, you have provided the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with the design capacity of 1500 CMD comprising of primary and secondary treatment followed by RO and MEE. B] The Applicant shall operate the effluent treatment plant (ETP) to treat the trade effluent so as to achieve the following standards prescribed by the Board or under EP Act, 1986 and Rules made there under from time to time, whichever is stringent. The overflow of the septic tanks will be mixed at secondary stage in ETP. B] In case the treatment system is combined for trade effluent and sewage then the standards and disposal path prescribed at sr. no.l1 B & C of schedule I shall be applicable. 3) The Board reserves its rights to review plans, specifications or other data relating t0 plant setup for the treatment of waterworks for the purification thereof & the system for the disposal of sewage or trade effluent or in connection with the grant of any consent conditions. The Applicant shall obtain prior consent of the Board to take steps to establish the unit or establish any treatment and disposal system or/and extension or addition thereto. 4) The industry shall ensure replacement of pollution control system or its parts after expiry of its expected life as defined by manufacturer so as to ensure the compliance of standards and safety of the operation thereof. 5) The Applicant shall comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Cess Act, 1977 and as amended, by installing water meters, filing water cess returns in Forn¢l.and other provisions as contained in the said act.
