Price of 1000 kg craft paper for 120GSM = 21 RS. Per kg =

21000
Price of BOPP film 8 micron = 238 RS. Kg [price of film is
vary from 235 RS. TO 270 RS. Price is Depend on market
condition. Above price is current price] .
Price of Adhesive = 35 RS per kg {we can add 2 liters water in
1 kg adhesive so we can consider price of adhesive =35/3=
11.66 RS per kg. & there are types of adhesives available in
market so price of same depend on which kind of adhesive we
used.}
Above three types of materials are used as a raw material for
making silver laminated craft paper.
DETAIL CALCULATION:
1000 Kg craft paper= 1000*21= 21000 RS.
60 Kg BOPP film= 60*238= 14280 RS.
57 Kg Adhesive+ water mixture= 57*11.66=665 RS
Required paper cone for wind silver laminated
craft=22kg*9=198
Labour cost per day: 200 RS per day
Ele. Bill per day: 9unit per day * 8=72 RS. {8 working hour}
Rent of building:110 RS per day[10,000 RS per month and
building contain 3 machine so 10,000/3= 3333 RS per month per
machine so for 1 day 3333/30=111 RS per day]
Now machine laminate 1100 Kg craft TO 1300 Kg craft paper
per day we consider bottom production 1000 kg craft per day.

Craft paper 1000 kg
BOPP Film 8 micron 60kg
Adhesive 57kg
Paper cone 22kg

Now production cost per kg= 36526/1139 =32.0684 rs per kg.

Profit calculation
Selling price : 40 RS per kg
Production cost per kg : 32.07 RS per kg
Net profit per kg = 40-32.07= 7.93 RS
Total profit = 7.93*1139=9033 RS per day
Profit per month = 9033* 26= 2,34,858
Some important note :
[1] Price of craft paper, adhesive and film vary as per
market condition.
[2] Profit may be vary as per some condition like power
cut. Absence of labour, maintenance of machine, non
availability of raw material, and so on.
[3] Machine must be run continuously for 10 working hour
here we consider 8 working hour because 2 working hour
consume in replacement of raw material and finish
product.
