Long term treatment with PPIs In HP positive patietns associated with development of
corpus predominant gastritis leading to atrophic gastritis (Grade A)

Eradication of HP in pts receiving long term PPIs heals gastritis and prevent progession to
atrophic gastritis but no evidence of reducing risk of gastric cancer (Grade A)
