1. It seemed to cover all the fundamentals.

We found the comprehensive review of the basics

very useful. The freedom to try out different study methods and find which works best for
me. It was really good to have an exact date at when you should submit the assignments. It
made it easy to keep up and understand.
Everything is good. However, I liked the practical exercises is quiet interesting, because they
involved problem solving technique. I also enjoyed the assignments involving different plan.
Theoretical and practical classes were also interesting. The connection between the theory
and practical is very good.
Also the course materials and the assignments were well thought out, well designed and
interesting.  However, I had the feeling that in most or all the modules there was something
interesting even for very seasoned project management professionals.
This course is to understand that even though the analysis and tools in the Project
management (MS Project) is important, it’s kind of a small in the everyday work with project
management.
2. Answer, In assessment file.
3. Developing project charter is easy one for me and team also. Because it is easy to draw flow
chart and assign the work plan the chart for the project.
From the diagram I can understand the concept and goals.
Team performance is very good in this situation.
4. Resource allocation is the one situation where I made a serious mistake or failed to
give satisfactory contribution. Because, it is difficult to allocate the project resources
according to the activities.
It was sometimes very hard to understand what the questions were about.
Team performance is quiet difficult to allocate the resources.
5. The most stressful situations in the project management are assigning resources to the
activities. It is confusing and leveling should be difficult.
To seek out this problem need to concentrate more in the MS project tools and allocating
process.
