COPL VA 1 JACKET (REPAIR) SATISFACTORY WORKING REPORT ; Date: 25 /o//o.0. | herewith, state that on this day the Jacket assembled on vessel outside is prepared as per pre-designed & its hydro test undertaken with water is found to be O.K. Furthermore, its safety is also taken thorough care by | laying out extra by-pass line along with steam trap & strainer used in | addition to necessary installing safety valve at both ends with 3KH Pressure setting. We have taken trial into it and found its results satisfactory & up to expectation such that around 2.5KG steam into it can be flown for vessel external heating.
