First Question:

In connection to the online grocery shopping, or ordering your groceries

through traditional phone calls, are there any mode of payments aside from paying

upon delivery or pick-up of the items?

- People can also pay through their Gcash account, and through the over the

counter. However, over the counter payments are not recommended because it

would put the safety of the person at risk. To add, we also made this proposal to

make your shopping easier and more convenient. It would also help the people

practice social distancing more because their interaction with other people would

decrease.

Second Question:

You stated in your second proposal that after claiming the basic essentials

that they needed, they would be stamped. What if another member from the

family, who is not stamped, would try to get another set of basic needs?

- We stated in our second proposal that those people who only have a quarantine

pass can claim the basic essentials. Identification card of a person who has a

quarantine pass must be given to the officer-in-charge to confirm if the person who

has the pass really owns it. This is also to prevent people from taking more than

what they really need because not only the supplies would be lacking, but some

people would also not be able to receive anything at all.
