1) How can you recognize when your mind and body are
feeling stress?
How you can recognize when you are stressed is if you are in pain
like if your body hurts. Also, you can find out because maybe you
have low energy and just don't feel like going anywhere you just
wanna stay in bed. Lastly, you can have headaches because of how
stressed you are.

2) How can you recognize when your mind and body are
feeling relaxed?

How you can recognize when your body and mind is relaxed is that
for your mind you feel peace and are not thinking of your problems.
For your body one way you can tell is that your blood pressure, heart
rate are back to normal. Another way you can tell your mind is relaxed
is when you feel calm.

3) How can you use what you’ve learned about breathing,


relaxation, and meditation when your body and mind are
experiencing stress?
How you can use what we have learned is that you can sit down and
just listen to peaceful music and not think of what is making you
stressed even if it can be hard. If you do that what will happen to your
mind is that it will be calm. Lastly, if you do that what will happen to
your body is that it will help your heart rate, and blood pressure go
back to normal.
