As an Independent Business Consultant (IBC) you will get Personal Business Volume (PBV) on every purchase or sale
of a product. This Business Volume (BV) helps you to earn seven type of incentives/benefits.

1. Direct Incentive (10%)

1. Direct Incentive (10%)

Earn 10% unlimited direct income on your Personal Business Volume (PBV) on a monthly basis. The given
example will help you to understand this income.

Example:

Suppose that in a single month, you make sales of Two Membership Tour Package (MTP) @ Rs. 32000/- ,
according to Business Volume (BV) your Direct Income is as follows:

Product = MTP
Package Price = Rs. 32000/-
Business Volume (BV) = 11000
Total Sale = 2 MTP
= 2 X 32000
= Rs. 64000/-
Personal Business Volume (PBV) = 2 x 11000
= 22000
Direct Income = 22000@10%
Dircet Incentive = Rs. 2200/-

2. Binary Incentive (4%)

3. Overhead Incentive (9%)


Through sponsoring and product selling of your team, you can multiply your Group Business Volume (GBV),
build a successful business and get residual income through a sales team. By spillover, you can do unlimited
sponsoring as a direct leg under the maximum team size as per table then after auto place into the next
level. As per the given chart you will be able to see how to earn Overhead Incentive from your team.

Example :

For example, if every Independent Business Consultant (IBC) in your group refers/introduces only 20 Persons (IBCs)
directly under them and generate 5000 PBV each every month, in that case you will get monthly Overhead incentive
as per below table.

4. Performance Incentive (5%)

On achieving minimum 5 Business Points (BP) in a month, you will qualify for a share of 5% company's turnover (In
BV) for that particular month. That amount is calculated by PPV (Performance Point Value) amongst all qualifiers
equally on pro-rata basis as per given calculation.
1 Business Point (BP) = 1000 Personal Business volume (PBV)
Performance Point Value (PPV) = C.T.O. @ 5% (In BV) / All Qualified Business Points
Performance Incentive = PPV X Your BP

Example :

Suppose in any particular month company’s turnover is 10000000 BV and you achieve 12000 Personal Business
Volume (PBV) that means you have 12 Business Points (BP). Other IBCs who have achieved at least 5 BP individually
like you would also be considered. Let’s assume the total qualified Business Point of all the qualifiers is 300 BP
including yours. In this scenario PPV would be :

= 10000000@5% / 300
= 500000/300
PPV = 1666.67
Your Performance Income = 1666.67 X 12
Performance Incentive = Rs. 20000/-

5. Leadership Incentive (8%)

8% of company's turnover (In BV) for that particular quarter (Jun/Sep/Dec/Mar) will be shared as Leadership Income.
This income will be distributed equally amongst those who qualify for the Royal Club membership with at least 3
active legs. Each leg's Group Business Volume (GBV) should be minimum 50000 in a month to be called as Active leg.

In a financial year Leadership Income will be generated quarterly (Jun/Sep/Dec/Mar) and the criteria should be
maintained by the qualifiers for at least 1 month to get the Leadership income on quarterly basis.

Qualifiers will get Leadership Income as per given chart for that particular period. The same will be calculated by LPV
(Leadership Point Value) amongst all qualifiers according to their GBV (If your direct referee achieve same club status
as you, then your GBV will be calculated after deduction of your direct referee’s GBV) equally on pro-rata basis.

Example:

Suppose in a quarter i.e. April – Jun, company’s cumulative turnover is 4,50,00,000 BV and you have 100000,
150000, 155000 GBV in the three months respectively with all the criteria maintained as given chart. So, in this case,
You have 3 Active Leg so, your club status is Silver Club and you are eligible for 1.25 % Leadership Income of that

particular quarter for the that FY. Some other IBCs may also fulfill all criteria for leadership income like you. Let’s
assume total qualified GBV of all the qualifiers is 2552000 including yours. In this scenario Leadership Point Value
(LPV) for Silver Club would be :

6. Reward point (2%)


Apart from the above income sources, Company will give you Reward Points (RP) which you can redeem against any
purchase.

 1 Reward Point = Rs. 1.00/-


 Reward Point (RP) to be equally distributed among all the active IBOs which is pooled by 2% of C.T.O.
 Maximum 50% of the invoice can be redeemed by reward point.

Note:
1. If your direct referee achieves the same reward as you, then you have to maintain minimum 80% of
mentioned turnover i.e. cumulative side business target form other legs.
2. There is no “Time Limitation” for achieving the rewards.
