1. Define Leadership in Action.

-Leadership is action! It's what you do that counts, not what you say. Leadership in Action
means you should have the following qualifications: Communicator - Great communicators are
not only good with words, able to express themselves clearly, but they are also excellent
listeners. They are able to articulate what is and paint a clear picture of what could be - the
possibilities. Confident - There is a thin line between being confident and arrogant, but you can
tell the difference. When you are in the presence of someone with confidence, it tends to breed
confidence in others. However, when in the presence of someone who is arrogant, that person
tends to leave a negative impression. Arrogance breeds contempt, in the possessor and the
observer. Credible - A person who is credible "knows his stuff." It does not necessarily means
s/he knows the answer to everything, but it does mean s/he will take the necessary steps to get
the answer you need. Courageous - A courageous leader is willing to do the right thing because
he believes it is the right thing. He is willing to say and do "the hard thing" simply because it is
the right thing to do. And it is always a good time to do the right thing. Compassionate - A
compassionate leader is empathetic, able to communicate with a variety of people, treating
each with respect and dignity.

2. What kind of a Leader will you be?

-Leadership is an influential process. The leader is in position to shape, regulate, control,

change the attitude/behavior and performance of his/her group members. It's a great
responsibility indeed. If I'll be given a chance to become a leader, I'll be a leader who will not
just lead, but who follows as well. I believe that the best leaders brings out the best in their
followers and vice versa, because they view the people they lead as their equals–people with
their own thoughts, ideas, and talents. They value the contributions of each individual and their
importance to achieving the end goals.

1. Define leadership in action. =>

Leadership in action unveils the behavior of leaders who lead. For me, leadership is not
a position or a title that you could boast, it is action and example. Being a leader, you
must be a role model to your members. As the saying goes, "Action speaks louder than
words." Actions are the echoes of the voices that you have spilled. With these actions,
you can inspire your members and it can create ripples of change that can lead you in
achieving your goals together. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you're just a
visionary leader. You need to walk the talk. But don't walk alone, walk with your
members, walk with everyone, for a better future.

2. What kind of a leader will you be? =>

If I would be given a chance to become a leader, I think I would be a leader who grants
everyone the authority to speak their minds and to share what they want. Being a
leader, one must have a strong self-confidence to ensure that everyone will follow him.
But, self-confidence is not just the only thing that a leader should have. To become a
leader, we should be an empath. It is an ability in which we recognize other’s feelings
and perspectives and understand other people’s needs. Being empathetic, we can step
into another person's mind and through this, we can communicate with them, we can
put ourselves in their shoes and that's why we can understand what they're feeling.
Leading a group is not an easy job. It is someone who stands not only for his cause but
takes responsibility and motivates his members also. A team is not a team without both
the leader and its members. Everyone has a crucial part.

1. Define Leadership in action-

Walking the talk. A leadership in action is someone who is able and capable of doing his
plans and following the rules he established. Commitment and passion were being
displayed. He should also be able to inspire others through his actions. A leader must be a
role model for his followers. Furthermore, he must motivate them whenever possible. Also,
in difficult situations, a leader must not lose hope. How can a leader inspire people if he
himself is hopeless, right? Therefore his actions should speak his words and that’s the time
we could say that he has leadership in action.

2. What kind of leader will you be?

A kind of leader where people first before myself. A kind of leader where people would
love not to be feared. A kind of leader where could leave a legacy to the other
generations. Most importantly, a kind of leader where a good relationship with her
constituents will be established. As what Ronald Reagan said, “The greatest leader is not
necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to
do the greatest things.”
