built-in 15mm plywood, ideal for light duty purpose
walls & long-term re-usability WITHOUT a crane.
Alumi Frame is the light weight panel formwork for
use in building construction and civil engineering, and
for every ground plan.

Alumi Frame requires only 4 element widths.
1.00m, 0.75m, 0.50m and 0.25m for every ground plan. The 0.75m wide
panel is also available for use as a multi-purpose panel for adjustable
columns.

Aluminium closed section 117x25mm with polymer powder coating and a bearing capacity of the shuttering up to 60KN/M².

The panels use the universal coupler to provide the single connection part and ensuring coherence, evenness and tightness
of connection.

In the frame,15mm birch plywood is installed featuring enhance water resistance and a density of the laminating film of 100
or 170g/m², which ensures long life of the shuttering panel and high quality of the concrete surface.

The frame is coated with powder coating in the room at a temperature of 300°C,which increases the shuttering life and
facilitates cleaning from concrete.

The basic equipment includes the panels, corner, joint plate, aligment coulper, steel waling, push-pull props, work platforms
and all the necessary small parts for assembly.
