Josh Miranda Diet Plan

•Right when you wake up, drink 2

tablespoons of Apple Cider
Vinegar (with the mother). You
can drink it as shots or you can
dilute it in 8-12 oz of water. Apple
cider vinegar is a heavy duty
intestinal cleaner. Itʼll feel like acid
going down but itʼll flush out your
stomach and prime it for digestion
of the food for the day.

•Meal 1: 10 Egg whites, you can

drink them or cook them.
(Change) Add 3 whole eggs, 2
Packs of Cream of wheat,
(Change) 2 English Muffins.

•Meal 2: 8oz of ground beef (93%

fat free) and (Change) 2 cups of
(Change) Baby Rice [Its a large
blue container in the baby food
aisle], with a small portion of
Kimchi (Mild or Spicy.)

•Meal 3: 7oz of chicken breast,

slowcooked or baked or grilled. 1
small handful of Kimchi, 8.5oz of

•[Preworkout Meal] Meal 4: 7oz of

chicken breast, (cooked the same
as above), 8.5oz of sweet
potatoes, (Change) 1 Spoonful

•Intraworkout: 2 Scoops of
Karbolyn, 1 Scoop of EAAʼs,
(Change) Add 1 Scoop of
Creatine.

•Meal 5: 8oz of Steak, (fat

amount on the steak doesnʼt
matter. You need a little excess),
8oz of sweet potatoes and small
handful of Kimchi.

•[Prebed Meal] Meal 6: 10 Egg

Whites, cooked or drink them,
(Change) Add 3 Whole Eggs,
and 2 cups of Frosted Cheerios.

In terms of supplements:. The

first is a product known as
Karbolyn at supplement express.
Itʼs a blue and black colored jar,
containing 25g of carbs per
scoop. Youʼll be drinking 2 scoops
during your workout.
The second supplement will be a
EAA supplement. I choose EAAʼs
instead of BCAAʼs because
BCAAʼs are incomplete in their
purpose. EAAʼs, or essential
amino acids, are what the body
literally needs to make the
building blocks to build muscle.
BCAAʼs barely scratch the
surface.
(Change) Also get Creatine
from the brand “Atomic” from
Supplement Express. Itʼs a
Creatine matrix with 2 different
types of Creatine.
Get a preworkout supplement
as well, whatever youʼd like to
try.
