INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate Prosecutor accuses JUAN DELA CRUZ,

Cashier of ABC Corporation, for the crime of QUALIFIED THEFT,
committed as follows:

That sometime on January 1, 2020, in the City of Cagayan de Oro,

within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused,
with grave abuse of confidence, being the Cashier of ABC Corporation, with
intent to gain and without consent of the owner thereof, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously take, steal and carry away FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50,000.00), belonging to ABC Corporation,
represented by CHESTER CHUA CASTAÑOS, President, to the damage
and prejudice of the said corporation in the amount mentioned above.

CONTRARY to and in violation of Article 308 and 309, in relation to

310, of the Revised Penal Code.
