1. All the candidates in the admitted list are advised to deposit their fee on or before the
prescribed date.

Allotment of seats against the 3% seats reserved for Wards of Teaching and on-teaching
to be made after verification of documents.
3. Subjects are allotted based on seats available in each group of subjects as given in the
information bulletin. Ie. Physics group of subjects (PCM, PMComp., PMG, PMStat.) not
to exceed 120 seats. So the first preference of subjects is allotted for all candidates
admitted under Physics-Mathematics group of subjects.

4. In the Mathematics group of subjects, due to filling of subject combination with physics
(120 seats), we have allotted other subject preferences or Mathematics-Chemistry-
Geology/Statistics to all the admitted candidates.

5. Upgradation of allotted subjects

All the admitted candidates interested in taking admission in the University College of
Science are advised to deposit the fee and take their admission. After completion of first
phase of admission, all the candidates will be upgraded to their first choice of subjects
subject to availability of the vacant seats in the subject group and the order of merit.
After verification of documents, if any subject combination falls vacant due to
cancellation of admission on account of wrong data filled in by the candidate or not
submitting requisite document during document verification, same will also be filled
through upgradation.

6. Second Phase of Allotment

Second phase of allotment of seats will start from 1st July 2015 afternoon. Vacant seats
,if any, will be first filled by candidates next in the merit list as per the category of the
vacant seats. Candidates admitted under reserved category will be first upgraded against
the vacant seats under General category and vacant seats under each reserved category
will be recomputed. Subjects will be allotted as per vacant seats subject to the restriction
on number of seats ( Physics group: 120, Geology group(PMG, CMG,BCG,ECG,etc): 40.
Statistics: 40.

Second Phase of Admission will be completed on 3rd July 2015. Up gradation of subjects
allotted and category of seats will also be carried out. Document verification will done on
6th July 2015. Upgradation against SFS seats of PMComp. will also be carried out on the
basis of the choice of subjects given in the admission form. So candidates interested for
consideration against SFS seats should bring Rs20,000/-+normal seat fee for allotment of
SFS seats of PMComp.

7. Third Phase of Allotment

Third phase of allotment will start from 4th July 2015 after noon. Admitted list for
vacant seats of Normal Fee seats and SFS seats (PMComp.: 20 seats (Rs 20,000/-
+normal seat fee, Biology group of subjects: 30 seats (Rs 20,000/-+Normal seat fee) will
be published. Last date for deposit of fee will be 6th July 2015. Document verification
will be carried out on 7th July 2015 at 3.00PM

8. Final counseling for filling vacant seats:

 A list of candidates for final phase of counseling will be published on website on 7th July
2015.

9. Teaching: Teaching will start from 10th July 2015. All the students will be required to
report in their class room as per time table. All the students will be required to assemble
in the Room no. 99 as per following schedule.
Mathematic group students (Section-A,B & C): 10th July 2015,11.00AM
Biology group students (Section- D,E &F) : 10th July 2015, 12.00 Noon

Information about teaching, attendance and other important activities and student facilities
will be given to the students. It will be mandatory for all the students to be present as per
above schedule.
