1.0 SCHEDULE

CONTRACTOR shall complete all WORKS within 214 calendar days from the COMMENCEMENT
DATE. Within this overall completion period, CONTRACTOR shall achieve completion of parts of

CONTRACTOR's aggregate liability for liquidated damages shall not exceed 10% of the
CONTRACT PRICE.

2.0 PROGRESS MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING

Immediately after the COMMENCEMENT DATE, CONTACTOR will submit its proposed progress
measurement and reporting system for WORKS for review and approval of EMPLOYER.
CONTRACTOR shall submit the progress report of WORKS on weekly and monthly basis. The
formats for progress reporting of WORKS shall be discussed and mutually agreed between
EMPLOYER and CONTRACTOR.
