Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of political conflicts to formation of the safety culture in
tourism sector. Therewithal, negative and positive effects which available political power, the accumulation of
economic perspective, cultural assets and resources for tourism sector of Nakhchivan is examined. The
research was basically prepared to secondary data. A safety culture describes health and safety competence of
organization and values, attitudes, perceptions, competences of individual and group, and a product of
behavioral patterns of commitment with style. Making the working environment suitable for human health and
safety depends on establishing to health and safety culture in management. It is very important to find the
application area as an attitude and behavior of safety culture basically the development and maintain of
continuity of the tourism industry in Nakhchivan. The Azerbaijan Republic is wanted to foreground its
historical, cultural and physical values while get rid of its commitment from oil. In this sense, Nakhchivan
should be given attention to the development of alternative fields now. In Nakhchivan the historical, cultural
and natural opportunities are contained very significant attractive occasions of the development of the tourism
industry. This situation is also seen as an opportunity from the perspective to establish tourism management
and to create employment in tourism and to evaluate tourism resources in the fields of transportation,
accommodation, catering and travel agency in tourism. Establishment and settlement of the sense of safety
culture is important to provide the tourism resources and tourism routes of the country from to ensure stability
of the region as physical. It is thought what helping to create a safe environment in the tourism sector, ensuring
legislation, supervision and policies, education and the formation of safety culture consciousness with
applications to stability of the region, contributing optimum utilization of tourism opportunities and tourism
development in the region tourism.
