Introduction
Our galaxy, the Milky Way, has approximately 300 billion stars, each with their respective planets. Our observable
universe has 100 to 200 billion galaxies.
It is an enormous pretension to think that only that small grain of sand in this immensity, the planet Earth, has life. We
made this mistake in other times when we insisted that the Earth was the center of the universe.
Well, the truth is that the universe is throbbing in life and civilizations much more evolved than ours abound, both in
moral and scientific terms. Even here and now, there are beings of parallel evolution to the human, that inhabit the
earth planetary environment, without our knowledge. Elemental beings, composed of fine matter

etheric, are an example. Another example is the intraterrestrial civilizations that will be addressed in another topic.
The layman would be appalled to learn that in addition to existing, they have already infiltrated our civilization.
Governments, with their selfish motives, have always hidden what they know about extra-terrestrial cultures.
It is important to note that scientific evolution does not go hand in hand with moral evolution, although this link is the
most frequent; therefore, not infrequently, we find malignant extraterrestrial civilizations, very scientifically advanced.
So it is a mistake to think that all extraterrestrial races are friendly. There are those who, despite their great scientific
background, have selfish interests, not hesitating to use humans as guinea pigs in genetic experiments, even if it
means their extermination.
There are a large number of extraterrestrial races known to be interacting today with the human population. In a 1998
interview, Clifford Stone, a retired US Army sergeant, who served in the army for 22 years and participated in covert
operations to recover crashed extraterrestrial ships and extraterrestrial biological entities (EBE), revealed: "there are
a total of 57 breeds extraterrestrials known to the US military. " Of this set of extraterrestrial races, some are more
active than others, and these are the ones that most affect the sovereignty and the line of human evolution. The large
number of testimonies about the different extraterrestrial races indicates that the motivations and activities of their
visits can vary widely, but an idea can be obtained from an in-depth examination of these testimonies.
This report describes the main extraterrestrial races, most commonly referred to in the literature, and which seem to
have the most strategic importance for the human race. The report distinguishes these extraterrestrial races based on
their links to the earthly government. The first group is formed by extraterrestrial races that have signed hidden
agreements with the government, even participating in several joint projects. The extensive set of secret agreements,
signed between these races and the US government and the government of other countries, suggests the existence of
military-industrial-experimental objectives of common interest. Certain elite non-governmental groups, which form the
true hidden government of the Earth, such as the Illuminati and the Bilderbergers, control most of the information
concerning the extraterrestrial presence.
There is also a second group of extraterrestrial races, which are outside this web of clandestine agreements. Most
'contactees' say that these races appear to be "friendly" to humans. They report that They strive to offer solutions for
humanity to prepare for the truth to be revealed, soon, about the extraterrestrial presence and the challenges
generated by receiving advanced extraterrestrial technology, which they intend to pass on to us. This last group may
be the key to solving global problems, caused by the first group and by the "hidden earth government".
The acceptance or refusal to participate in hidden political-military military activities serves to distinguish the nature of
extraterrestrial races. For example, a race of aliens is

considered 'hostile' if it chooses to become part of a secret political-military plan, projects that often lead to human
rights violations and cause damage to the global environment. On the contrary, a race of extraterrestrials can be
considered 'friendly' when it refuses to be co-opted by the 'hidden earth government', preferring to play an observer
or guidance role.
Understanding the motivations and activities of these beings will go a long way in adequately addressing the
dilemma about which extraterrestrial races contribute to increasing the global problems of humanity, and which

The Unknown Story - The Beginning
Our universe is part of a system of infinite others, each working under its own and diverse rules, as well as
governed by varied evolutionary methods.
As already mentioned, at the beginning, Magnanimous Beings, of inconceivable development, coming from multiple
ascension chains, from several other universes, decided to create a new stage, so that a myriad of new beings could
reach enlightenment.
Thus began the current manvantárico period.

Several periods cited here refer to several hundred million years, which we do not risk specifying, due to the high
possibility of error.
In the beginning, civilizations do not manifest themselves directly on the physical plane, there is a period of monadic
shrouding, in which it is successively involved with matters from the intuitional, buddhic, mental, astral and, finally,
physical aspects. This period lasts for millions and millions of years. As there are physical planets, there are others that
are invisible to our physical vision, consisting only of more subtle astral matters, of mental and more subtle matters, and
so on.
Highly evolved beings, inhabitants of higher consciential dimensions, revealed to us that the physical human
civilization originated in the constellation of Lyra, mainly on planets around Vega, its main star. The human race was
not one of the primordial races in the galaxy and seems to have originated from genetic manipulation of an original
species of the feline type, which was part of the highly evolved group of Sidereal Engineers who built the galaxy.
When we refer to the emergence of the physical human race, or any other, it does not happen suddenly, it results from
genetic modifications caused gradually, in beings that come, most of the time, from the slow animal evolution.
Exceptions are made for those who come from previous evolutions, from other universes, who settled here in order to
complete them.
Conceiving an exact date for these events is too risky, as temporal relativity and other dimensional factors greatly
affect such a demarcation, but it can be said that this occurred billions of years ago.
We know afterwards that human civilizations evolved to the point of building large spaceships and traveling other star
systems, colonizing several of them.
Concomitantly with the human colonization of Lyra, another civilization also appeared in the constellation of Orion,
composed of beings with a reptilian aspect that were also not a primordial race, since they were created from genetic
modifications of original winged individuals, also members of the group of Sidereal Engineers galaxy creators.
Lyra's human race and Orion's reptilian race had and still have marked differences in their personalities. Both had
marked colonizing and expansionist instincts but, while Lyrian humans colonized other worlds, with the intent of
peaceful coexistence with neighboring non-human civilizations, the Orion reptilians had more dominant objectives,
those of submitting to the other galactic colonies, in their judgment , making them servile slaves.
For reasons that go back to the origin of their species, the reptilians consider themselves the natural owners of all the orbs,
consider themselves superior to the other races and, generally, they have material technology superior to the others,
because they have ships and physical weapons of unbelievable power. They are very materialistic and relentless warriors,
and they are very proud of that. Millions and millions of years of evolution have not been enough to dispel these
individualistic ideas of reptilian pride.

Humans are the evolutionary counterpart in this universe. They give more value to intellectuality and spiritual aspects,
concerning their existence. Over the course of their lives, they tend to position themselves for the positive aspects of
creation, as they know the harmony and happiness that good provides.
When we refer to the two races, we are doing it in a generalist rather than an absolutist tone, since they
existed, and there are still extremely warmongering human civilizations and reptilian populations that adhere to
the concept of universal love.
Going back to the past days of Lyra and Orion, we noticed that the society of both races was divided into remarkable
castes. There were royalty, priests, warriors and workers.
There was then a disagreement between the two royal houses, the human and the reptilian, involving disputes
regarding the territorial expansion of each one, which resulted in a great war between the two parties, a nuclear
hecatomb, ending with the destruction of all human civilizations in Lyra.
Many Lyrians managed to escape before total destruction and, with their gigantic ships, headed for several other star
systems. They fled to Sirius, Procyon, Andromeda, and even some Rigel orbs, in the constellation of Orion, the
reptilian natal system, among many others.
The Unknown Story - Assimilation of Opposites
Assimilation of Opposites means understanding universal bipolarization. In our universe, the mode of evolution chosen
by Magnanimous Sidereal Engineers is called 'Assimilation of Opposites', which means that we are here to understand
opposites, light and shadow. Only in this way will we develop our life-creating power.
Light can be described as love, joy, happiness and all the emotions connected with our higher chakras. The shadow
can be described as fear, anger, guilt, shame and all the emotions connected with our lower chakras.
The light represents joy, happiness and bliss. The shadow represents the lesson and the challenge. Emotional
and physical pain, fear and anger are the feelings that we must assimilate as part of this lesson.
Compassion is the goal of the 'evolutionary game'. It is the point of integration, the midpoint between the two opposites.
Real evolution is one in which the soul attains true compassion, which feels acceptance from both sides, without judging
them inherently good or bad. At this stage, the soul sees value in both Light and Darkness, assimilating and
understanding them.
Each soul in this universe is playing the 'Game of Assimilation of Opposites', in order to achieve spiritual evolution and
future union with the Divine Creator, the Source.

One of the great challenges in this game is to discover the importance of the shadow. It is a school and its classes are
composed of lessons that we must learn in order to achieve a balance within ourselves.
The other major challenge to be overcome is the belief that we must remain in the light indefinitely. The light is like a
vacation spot on a tropical island. It is an escape from the stress and tension of the demands that spiritual growth
offers. We were never meant to be just in the light because it would be unipolarizing.
Polarization towards light or shadow stagnates spiritual growth, as well as decreasing or eliminating the ability to
procreate, since the emotional component of physical form is partially disconnected.
In order to achieve our goal, in the long evolutionary journey, we have all played roles in the shadow team and the
light team. Otherwise, we could not perform the integration, as we would not have the experience of these opposites.
At this point, it is advisable to make a timely explanation, in order to avoid misunderstandings. Any excessive
polarization leads to stagnation, to non-existence. The creative power, which is provided to us, and which we have a
duty to develop, only develops in binarization. It is impossible to create something of the 'one', as it is impossible for
light to exist without darkness. We, future creative powers, will only achieve our goals in the development of binary
concepts.
This does not mean that we must, now behave like saints, now we must become demons. What we mean is that
good is the way and that evil must be understood. One should not live happily and isolated in an evolved world,
without effective permanent action on our suffering orb brothers. Compassion takes us out of the spiritual drift and
takes us into deep pools, to emerge victorious and wise.
And, from the development of compassion, we discover the truth about all existence, a single complete emotion that
sums up the whole purpose of creation, love.
The Unknown Story - The Annunaki
Before talking about the origin of terrestrial humans, it is essential to discuss the history of the Annunaki, a people
of mixed origin, human and reptilian, inhabitants of a planet-ship, called Nibiru (note: Nibiru is also known as
Nemesis, Marduk , Hercóbolus, Planet X, etc.).
After the great war, between the inhabitants of Sirius and Orion, the disagreements continued and, in order to establish
a more peaceful relationship, between the two civilizations, it was decided that there would be a union between the two
royal houses, the human and the reptilian. Sirius yielded the male and Orion the female. The progeny of this union had
a unique genetics, and gave rise to a new breed, the Annunaki or Nephilim. These people were given a long-orbiting
planet-ship, called Nibiru. It is four times the diameter of our Earth and its orbit extends from the Sirius system to our
own solar system, where it passes each

3600 years. Its inhabitants settled in the underground of Nibiru and developed a very advanced civilization there.
Before proceeding, it is necessary to elucidate what planetsnave are. The advanced civilizations of our galaxy, both
human, reptilian and others, developed motherships of unthinkable immensity. Some have stretches of several
hundred kilometers. These cultures take over planetoids or even larger planets, modify it, producing an artificial
atmosphere, suitable for their physical type, and take shelter, preferably, inside, in the underground, where they are
more covered by external weather and of cosmic radiation. Some of these spacecraft have their own propulsion and,
therefore, do not have a fixed orbit, being able to move freely through the various star systems. The small ships,
which visit us periodically, here on Earth, are nothing more than small exploratory devices.
At a certain time, a catastrophe of origin not very clear, covered Nibiru. Some say that the planet's atmosphere was
destroyed or contaminated, after the involvement of its people, in a nuclear war. We only know that after that event, the
Nibiruan, after extensive research, in order to save their mother planet, came to the conclusion that they should
sprinkle huge amounts of micronized gold powder into the planet's contaminated atmosphere in order to reduce the
effects of radiation.
It was this need that brought the Annunaki to Earth a few hundred thousand years ago. The Earth was and still is
rich in this ore.
The Annunaki, headed by King Anu and with the help of the royal princes Enki and Enlil, established several mining
colonies, in many regions of the planet, in the Middle East, in South Africa, in the Andean regions of Peru, among
others. At that time here lived animal men, due to natural evolution and previous genetic interventions, made by other
extraterrestrial peoples, who had already been here.
Unrecognized History - Origin of Terran Humans
Several extraterrestrial races have inhabited Earth in remote times. There was even a time when the Earth was divided
between reptilians, arcturians, grays and humans. They all lived here, carried out experiments and then left us, due to
the most varied reasons, including because of the endless wars.
Hundreds of thousands of years ago, the Annunaki landed here in order to get the gold they needed so badly. They
established several mining colonies in numerous regions of the world, the main ones being established in South Africa,
Mesopotamia and the Andean Regions. The miners were made up of the working class of the Annunaki themselves,
who, in time, revolted with the heavy work to which they were subjected.
The leaders of Nibiru then thought of using workers native to Earth, which was impossible due to the primitive, yet
simian, state that the Terrans were in. It was then assigned to one of the inheriting princes, Enki, a master geneticist,
to produce a race of workers, intelligent enough to obey orders and carry out mineral extraction work.

Enki then proceeded, over a long period, to genetic modifications and miscegenations, which involved the DNA of
native human-animals and the Annunaki themselves, as well as that of several other races, mainly human from almost
all star systems. This involved approximately the mixing of genetic material from 30 races from various star systems in
our galaxy.
This resulted in the Cro-Magnon Man and, later, Homo sapiens. The first experiments generated infertile hybrid
beings, which cost a lot, in terms of effort, human production by cloning, in the laboratory. They then made the
self-procreation of workers possible, dividing the new race into two sexes, the first of which was called Adamo, by the
Annunaki.
That is what we are, a slave race, produced in order to meet the Annunaki's labor needs, and Enki was our 'creative
god'. Genesis, from the Old Testament, tells the story of this principle of the human race, here on Earth.
We have a genetic load, both human and reptilian, but we are more similar to the humans of the Pleiades.
When they got all the gold they needed, the Annunaki abandoned the primitive humans to their own devices, leaving
some beings of 'purer Annunaki DNA' to lead them. The Egyptian dynasties were made up of direct descendants of the
Annunaki and therefore had a strangely elongated cranial occiput. It is also not without purpose that the pyramids
imitate the Three Marys, stars of the Constellation of Orion, called Mintaka, Alnilan and Alnitaka, as well as having
tunnels that point directly to the constellation of Sirius.
The Annunaki still consider themselves our masters and owners of planet Earth.
Nibiru's new passage through our solar system will take place at the beginning of this millennium, a fact that will bring
about major changes in our civilization.
Retired sergeant Bob Dean had a 27-year military career and, during his service, worked in military intelligence at the
Supreme Headquarters of the Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE) in 1963. His commendable record gives him great
credibility when he claims to have witnessed secret information during military service. While pursuing his professional
activity in 1963, he stated that he was instructed to prepare a detailed study of UFO / ETs' activities and how they could
impact on relations between NATO and the Soviet Union. In an interview, Dean described four extraterrestrial races in a
report called 'The Assessment':
The extraterrestrial groups known at the time, were only four, and the Grays, individuals of short stature, large black
eyes and slender limbs, and who are the best known by the population, today, were one of these groups.
There was a group that looked really human. This group, in particular, was of great concern to the high-ranking
military, because they feared that these EBE's could infiltrate society, the Pentagon and even the White House.

Another group known at the time was one formed by very tall humanoid individuals, between 2.1 meters and 2.7
meters in height, with very white and pale skin and that had no body hair.
A fourth type of EBE had the reptilian aspect, they had vertical pupils, they were bipedal and their face and skin
seemed to have an appearance and texture very similar to that of a lizard. These were the 4 EBE groups known until
1964.
Another source who has had contact with the different extraterrestrial races is Dr. Michael Wolf, who claims to have
worked secretly for the American government for more than two decades. Despite some controversy over Wolf's
testimony, a significant number of UFO researchers, who interviewed him personally, found him coherent, consistent
and credible. In an interview, it was alleged that:
According to Dr. Wolf, confederations from various extraterrestrial civilizations are visiting us systematically. These are:
the Alliance (formed by ETs from the Altair Aquila system, who observe human behavior), the Corporate (from Grays,
from the Zeta Reticuli system), the Federation of Worlds (of unspecified races from many star systems), and the United
Races of Orion (harboring various cultures of these star systems). The Alliance is affiliated with the Federation of
Worlds and Cooporate. The 'United Races of Orion' is affiliated with Coorporate and, through them, the Alliance and the
Federation of Worlds.
Wolf reported that the vast majority of extraterrestrial civilizations are friendly, but said that a small number of them are
hostile and behave like interplanetary renegades.
Another individual who claims to have met physically with extraterrestrials, and spent time in their ships is Alex Collier.
Collier was interviewed by investigative and ufologist journalist Paola Harris who, despite initial reservations, found him
highly consistent, and concluded that much of what he says is consistent with his own investigations, done
independently. In addition, some of Collier's alleged conversations with extraterrestrials led to astronomical discoveries,
later confirmed, on subjects related to black holes. This gave Collier credibility as a "true contact".
In a series of articles, which were compiled in his book 'Defending Sacred Ground', Collier describes, in detail, the
motivations of a series of extraterrestrial visits. An example is the following:
"My understanding is that the 'Sirius A System' EBE's are kind and try to help us. They feel partly responsible for the
negative meddling of the 'Sirius B System' beings that were in remote times, colonized by them. Sirius B's, in turn,
are the ones who signed secret agreements with governments and gave them Montauk's technology (see Montauk
project). They have the same belief and brain patterns as Orion's beings. "
"The beings of the Tau Ceti System are also very involved. Nobody knows exactly what the Pleaidians' intentions are,
but I will state what I think. Some of those who live around the Alcyon system may not be reliable, as they have hidden
plans. Those of Teygeta, I am told, have a very clear objective: to maintain the idea of

freedom. Just because a group is identified as "Pleiadians" does not mean that they are here to help us. People
confuse this issue. Alpha Cygnus's are also here. There is a group of Arcturus and Procyon who are also trying to help
us "
On February 20, 1954, a delegation of "observers" of extraterrestrial races met with the Eisenhower administration, in a
vain attempt to reach agreement on the US thermonuclear weapons program. The main obstacle, which prevented the
realization of any combination between the two parties, was that these extraterrestrial races were not willing to provide
technologies that could be used by the American military. The systematic opposition of this group, in making military
agreements with humans, shows that there are several extraterrestrial races that were not involved with our usual
warmongering.
This group of extraterrestrial observers is formed mainly by "humans" and can easily integrate into our society,
becoming indistinguishable from the rest of humanity. These races are described as coming from various star systems,
such as Lyra, Pleiades, Sirius, Procyon, Tau Ceti, Ummo, Andromeda and Arcturus, and have lent some of their genetic
material to the formation of humanity on Earth. According to Alex Collier, a total of 22 extraterrestrial races have
provided genetic material for the "human experience". These include Reptilians, Grays, Anunnaki, as well as the
various races of this observer group that Collier describes as "benevolent":
"We, as a product of extraterrestrial genetic manipulation, have a vast genetic heritage, made up of several banks of
racial memory, composed of at least 22 different races. Because of our genetic heritage, and because we are
connected with our spirit ( higher self), benevolent extraterrestrial races really tend to see us as 'exempt'. "
As a result of this genetic link, the extraterrestrials of this observer group, see humanity in the same way that a
protective father sees a teenage son, living in a dangerous environment. The vital interests of the races in this
category are to ensure that global humanity evolves responsibly, without endangering both itself and the galactic
community of which it is a part.
There are two segments, in this group of extraterrestrials. The first segment is made up of "extraterrestrials" who
historically inhabit underground dwellings on Earth; they are described as remnants of an ancient civilization, which
followed an evolutionary path separate from humanity on the surface. The second segment is formed by
extraterrestrials so similar to us in their genetic load, that some of them could easily mix with the rest of humanity,
without being easily identified.
Typology - Introduction
Most of the Milky Way's star systems are inhabited by material beings, located in the third dimension. Different lines
of evolution gave rise to the most varied biotypes.

One of the most common are the reptilians, which are beings that evolved from reptiles and that form various groups
throughout the galaxy; in this group we have the draconian giants, originating from Alpha-Draconis, the Annunaki of
Marduk, who supposedly created the human race, from genetic experiments with material from 22 other races and
even a reptilian race native here on Earth, which inhabits underground cities. They are usually very proud people and
warriors.
The race of extraterrestrials that is most present in human stereotyping is that of grays. Its components have a great
morphological variability. In height, we find grays of 1.20 meters, short grays, up to 2.50 meters tall grays. In
appearance, we have the classic types, widely disseminated by the media, but we also found enormous variability, due
to the hybridization and genetic mixture to which they proceed, an action that is very frequent for these people that
reproduce only by cloning. They come from the most diverse places, mainly from the Zeta-Reticuli and Orion system
and are generally subservient to the reptilian races.
Human extraterrestrials are also very common and are those that most sympathize with us. Some of them live among
us without being able to notice any physical characteristics that denounce them. They usually try to help us, advising

groups of reptilians and grays.

Short Grays
Short Grays are an ubiquitous extreterrestrial race in the star system Zeta Reticuli, close to the star Barnard, and in the constellation of Orion, so
they are also known as Zeta Reticuli Grays. They are mainly responsible for the majority of abduction cases and they appear predominantly in
reports of UFO accidents. Cel. Phillip Corso, who served under the Eisenhower government and even headed the US Army's Research and
Development Department, is another military officer who denounced the secret presence of extraterrestrials at American bases. In his memoirs, he
claims to have seen the body of a dead Short Gray, recovered from Roswell, in 1947, which fits the classic description of an extraterrestrial: 1.20
meters tall, gray, hairless elastic skin with a big head, large dark brown eyes, small mouth, no nose, thin torso, slender arms and legs and hands
with 4 fingers. Short Grays have both the digestive system and the hypotroph spawning reproductive system and reproduce by genetic cloning for

Many researchers agree that Short Grays are deeply involved in the development of a Human-Gray hybrid, which
would be an appropriate vehicle for the realization of their intentions, that is, the colonization of the Earth by members
of their race. According to Colonel Corso, the Grays made agreements with the Eisenhower administration, which was
forced to accept their terms (of the Grays), due to our technological inferiority. It was actually a 'negotiated surrender',
where the Grays were given permission to kidnap civilians and expand their biological research program (with these
abducted humans). The Grays are the main people involved in human abductions, genetic experiments, breast
implants. monitoring in humans, research on mind control, mental programming, cloning of human beings and
creation of hybrids.
When we quote Short Grays, we don't attribute the malevolent nature to all of them. A percentage of its population,
about 25% of them, is Confederate and has managed to break free from the scientific orthodox thoughts of its
society, rising to higher levels and reaching the seventh dimension (buddhic plan).
Some of them function like bees in a hive and are connected to a central mind, which manages the expansion of the
race to other star systems, including ours. A large portion of the Zeta are rebels, beings who have lived for ages in
materialism and have cut themselves off from their higher bodies, so they lack the fundamental connection with the
'Higher Self' and are unable to ascend to higher and more subtle planes. Through genetic manipulation, they try to
restore that lost talent. These are responsible for human abductions and those who have entered into military
cooperation agreements with human governments, especially the United States and the occult government, which has
called itself the technological and scientific guide of the world, and which has been dedicated for almost a century, to
develop weapons and machines to dominate and make others suffer, embodying the Anti-Christ directive itself. The Zeta
who signed these terrible agreements, since they have no connection with the 'Higher Self', are psychopaths without
mercy or remorse, directed only by scientism and consider humans, primitive guinea pigs for their experiences.
In fact the Grays and many of the Zetas delegations, are iron foreheads of the secret delegations of the Order of the
Black Dragon, which are the groups that control the Illuminatis and the Sinister Secret Government and that were
formed on Earth in order to dominate and modify it human DNA, aiming to make us subservient.
It is important to note that the moral evolution of this breed did not follow its scientific evolution and that there is no
uniform thought and objective among all Short Grays. Some

Tall Grays
The second type that visits us most are the "Tall Grays", described by Robert Dean as "very tall humanoid individuals,
with an average height of 2.4 meters, white, very pale, without any type of hair on their bodies". The "Tall Grays"
originate from the Orion pattern and, according to Dr. Horn, appear to have a higher hierarchy than the "Short Gray",
which they supervise and inspect:
"Short Grays are supervised, within their own ranks, by Tall Grays. These Grays (Tall Grays) are the ones who carry

A confirmation of the diplomatic role played by the "Tall Grays" came from William Cooper, a former Navy intelligence

In late 1954, an entourage from the Tall Grays, which had been orbiting the Earth for some time, landed at Holloman

from a planet that orbits a red star, in the constellation of Orion, which we call Betelgeuse. They declared that their
planet was dying and that at some point in the future, they would no longer be able to survive there.
The Holloman Air Force base in New Mexico would also have been the site of later meetings with the Tall Grays. In
1972-73, producers Robert Emenegger and Allan Sandler, declared to have been witnesses and filmed, for the army,
one of those meetings, between Tall Grays and humans, which took place at the Holloman Air Force base in 1971. It
can be inferred that "Tall Grays" are a hybrid breed, which represents a genetic fusion of human beings and Short
Grays. Tall Grays represent an example of how human and Short Grays biological material can be combined, resulting
in beings able to play a leadership role in assisting Short Grays in their interaction with humanity. Short Grays are more
involved in genetic experiments, committed to the creation of a human-Gray hybrid, in mind-control research and
diplomatic deals with the "hidden government of Earth". The global problems that are caused by Tall Grays include
genetically modified humans, accompanying implants in humans, an overly passive population due to hypnotic mind
control, the influence on elite decision makers, and the infiltration of these hybrids national security agencies.

Reptilians
Another extraterrestrial race that has frequently contacted humans is described by Dean as being formed by
humanoids, with reptilian characteristics and an average height of 2.20 meters. The reptilian races have components
that were born here on Earth and components from other star systems. RA Boulay, has exhaustively analyzed a
variety of historical sources and concluded that there is sufficient evidence that a race of reptilians inhabited Earth in
ancient times and played an important role in the creation of humanity. According to Thomas Castello, a former
security officer, Dulce, a highly secret underground facility, houses a project that involves the cooperation of reptilians,
humans and other extraterrestrial races:
"Some reptoids (reptilians) are native here on Earth. The dominant caste, among all extraterrestrials, is the reptilian ...
They form an ancient Earth race, which lived and still lives underground ... Reptilians consider themselves the
legitimate Earthlings and consider us the 'squatters' here. Since I was the Senior Security Technician on that base
(Dulce), I had to communicate with them on a daily basis. If there were any security issues, involving video cameras, I

According to Castello, in the lower levels of Dulce, there are great abuses of human rights, against captive civilians,
exercised by extraterrestrial and human leaders. William Hamilton, a respected ufologist, researched both the Dulce
Base facility and Thomas Castello and his credibility:

phenomenon must have an extraordinary explanation. We can only be an outpost in a vast interstellar empire. "
Linda Moulton Howe, an investigative journalist and ufologist, interviewed a "contact / abductee" named Jim Sparx who
claims to have met some Earth-born Reptilians. According to Sparx, the base civilization of the "Terran" Reptilians has
its own culture and has been interacting with humanity for millennia; they both assist humanity and use it as a resource.
Sparx's statements are very consistent with those of other 'contacted'. Ole K., who claims to have met a female reptile,
Lacerta, having interviewed her on several occasions, resulting in writings called "Lacerta Files". According to Lacerta,
the Reptlians who evolved on Earth are distinct from the extraterrestrial Reptilians, who periodically visit the planet.
Although there is some debate about Ole K's credibility, his testimony is coherent and consistent with that of Sparx and
other research on reptilian species. According to Lacerta, the Reptilians see humans with caution and consider us a
primitive species, property of extraterrestrial beings, since they were the ones who sowed the planet. The Reptilian

following the agreements imposed on them by powerful confederations of extraterrestrial races, mentioned by Lacerta.
In short, according to the testimonies of those contacted, interviewed so far, it can be concluded that the Terran
reptilians are involved in activities such as manipulating the human elite and the financial and media institutions,
influencing religious belief systems and militarism. The global problems, which are compounded by the Terran
Reptilians are: human rights violations, corruption of the human elite, control of the media and large corporations,
historical amnesia and inciting a culture of violence.
Draconian
The most impressive accounts of contactees refer to the existence of an extraterrestrial reptilian super race, called
Draco-reptilianos, originating from the star Alpha Draconis, which is 215 light years from Earth and which was formerly
called the polar star. According to Alex Collier, Draconians or Dracos are divided into two main castes, the first is made
up of warriors, who measure from 2.30 to 2.50 meters, and are feared throughout the galaxy, due to their skills of fight.
The second caste is formed by Dracos of the 'real' line, called 'Ciakars', endowed with wings and with extraordinary
psychic powers:
"The Draconians are a very large reptilian race, also known as" the Dracos ". There is a real line of Dracos, formed by
winged giants, called Ciakar, that measure from
4.3 to 6.7 meters and can weigh up to 800 kg. They are clairvoyant and extremely intelligent ... and also very

Collier says that, according to Draconian view, they were the first intelligent species in the galaxy and sowed many
worlds with their biological offspring. Draco-reptilians see themselves as the natural rulers of all Reptilian-controlled
orbs; worlds like Earth. Human beings are seen by them as an inferior species. They (the Dracos) are also interested
in the exploitation of Earth's resources, ensuring that these resources are exploited efficiently.
There seems to be a rigid hierarchy between Draco-reptilians and the other extraterrestrial races. According to Thomas
Castello, Reptilians of Alpha Draconis, occupy the top of the command on Earth, with the native Reptilians as
immediate. The latter, in turn, command the Tall Grays which, in turn, have the Short Grays as subordinates.
Interestingly, Castello also describes the dominant Draconian caste as Ciakars, who are winged and therefore could
easily be mistaken for dragons. Jefferson Souza, a Brazilian ufologist confirms the existence of a hierarchy between
Grays and Reptilians.
Draconians also belong to the group of those who signed agreements with humans and create a lot of problems for us,
because they actively act in the control of human elites, financial institutions and systems, promote militarism, create a
climate of scarcity, struggle and insecurity; use humans in experiments, manipulate Grays and other reptilian races.

Sirians of Sirius B
In addition to the Reptilians and Grays, there is a race of extraterrestrial humans from the Sirius B star system,
which Alex Collier describes as follows:
"The cultures around Sirius B have a very controlling vibration. Human Sirians are not physically different from human
Terrans and have variable skin color: some are red, others beige or black. The planets around Sirius B are very arid,
and are generally occupied by reptilian beings and humans. Their civilizations are more concerned with material
issues, to the detriment of spiritual attributes. "
Preston Nichols claims to have participated in a clandestine mind control project in Montauk (Project Montauk), which
involved several groups of extraterrestrials. Sirius B's humans, according to Nichols, played a relevant role in providing
exotic technologies for the 'hidden government of the Earth', such as interdimensional time travel. They are also
involved in both the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project.
Alex Collier explains the role of this group of extraterrestrials in the exchange of technology with national security
agencies: " Sirius B's humans came here and really impressed us; they are the ones who initially gave our government
Montauk technology ". This exotic technology was provided for the purpose of encouraging national security agencies to
develop offensive military capabilities. This technological assistance also involved the research of biological weapons,
according to Collier, who states that " the biological material that was added to the Ebola virus, was given to the
government by humans from Sirius B. "
According to Daniel Salter, another military witness, whose service included a long period of work at the National
Recognition Office, issues related to human-extraterrestrial cooperation were handled in a clandestine organization, at
the National Security Agency, called Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization ( ACIO). Information from an
anonymous witness was posted on a popular website called Wingmakers, and reports that ACIO is cooperating with a
consortium of extraterrestrials to develop sophisticated time travel technologies; Salter says the information is accurate.
According to the Wingmakers website:
"Blank Slate Technology or BST is a time travel program that allows the rewriting of history in what are called
'intervention points'. Intervention points are the centers of causal energy that originate a major event such as the
dismemberment of Soviet Union or NASA's space program. BST is the most advanced technology available and
clearly those in possession of BST can defend themselves against any aggressor. It is the key to freedom. Remember
that ACIO was the main organization that studied extraterrestrial technologies and how to adapt them to society, as
well as use them in military applications. "
This consortium of extraterrestrials includes the humans of Sirius B, who for a time provided inter-dimensional time
travel technology for Project Montauk, and assisted terrestrial humans in the research of biological weapons.

Reports claim that there is a race of giant humanoids, with a reptilian aspect, that have played an important role in the
origin and formation of the human race on planet Earth, and that periodically return to the planet to evaluate the
effectiveness with which Earth's resources have been used by humanity and the other extraterrestrial races that are
interacting here. This race was described by the ancient Sumerians as being the Anunnaki or Nefilim, coming from the
planet 'Nibiru'; information that is available in the extensive cuneiform texts translated by Zecharia Sitchin. These
humanoid giants are apparently the creators of the land races; they were the gods described in ancient mythologies
and religions. According to the Sumerian account, the main god Anunnaki is Anu who,
Nibiru, the primeval home of the Anunnaki, is also known as Planet X, Slo, Hercolobus, Marduk or Nemesis and,
probably, it is not a planet but a brown dwarf star, which has an elliptical orbit, extremely elongated, spending
approximately 3600 years to complete it. With each orbital cycle, Nibiru passes through our solar system, between the
orbits of Mars and Jupiter, where the asteroid belt is located, causing terrible changes on planet Earth, where great
changes in the levels of the oceans, hurricanes, earthquakes and volcanic events take place. , among others. As the
last passage of this world was 1600 years before Christ, the next will happen at the present time, according to some
clairvoyants, around 2012.
Alex Collier explains how the Anunnaki or 'Nibiruan' originated as a species:

It seems that the Anunnaki act to let "primitive" species, such as humanity, thrive on the planet's surface, while the more
advanced races, such as the Reptilians, form a first-rate team that oversees the action of the first, so that the Anunnaki
can return periodically to assess their "human experience". Thus, it appears that the Anunnaki are a kind of regulatory
agent, which ensures that Earth's resources, and humanity in general, are responsibly "managed".
The Nibiruan or Anunnaki consider themselves the sowers of the Earth, the creators of Adam and Eve, and have
been making several changes in the human genotype, since ancient times, for a better control of humanity, which
they consider as their servant. These changes were extremely harmful to us humans, as they extinguished several
of our divine faculties, previously natural, through blockages and inversions of currents

pranic kundalin and chakra. Prior to this Nibiran intervention, clairvoyance and access to Akashic records was natural
to us and later became an exception, an anomaly. Much of the reasons for materialism, ignorance and lack of spiritual
clarification, which encompasses the absolute majority of the population, and which greatly retard our development,
both material and spiritual, can be attributed to this improper manipulation.
The agreements signed with the Terran humans are intermediated by the native Reptilians and it is also likely that the
Anunnaki have some form of agreement with the Draconians, about how the latter intervene in worlds where the
Anunnaki created their "human experiences". Finally, it is also likely that some Anunnaki members have remained
secretly on Earth and, therefore, have played a role in creating elite organizations to manage human affairs.
According to Sergeant Dean, the Anunnaki are important players in human affairs and their role is likely to become
more significant when their home planet, Nibiru, returns to Earth's neighborhood. It is the apparent return of the
Anunnaki that is causing great concern in national security agencies, as they know that it will have a major impact on
global humanity.
Telosianos, Mount Shasta
The Lemurian Era occurred approximately between the years 4,500,000 BC and about 12,000 years ago. Until the
sinking of the Lemurian continents and after Atlantis, there were seven major continents on the planet. The lands
belonging to the gigantic continent of Lemuria included those now found under the Pacific Ocean and certain islands
and countries such as Hawaii, the Easter Islands, the Fiji Islands, Australia and New Zealand. Also lands that are today
under the Indian Ocean and the island of Madagascar. The eastern coast of Lemuria also extended to California and
part of British Columbia, Canada.
The Lemurian race was made up of a genetic mixture of beings originating mainly from Sirius, Alpha Centaur and a
smaller number of other planets. It was a very impressive mix ... Lemuria really was the cradle of civilization on this
planet, the "Motherland", which helped in the birth of the many existing races. The famous Atlantis appeared at a later
time.
The continent of Lemuria was inhabited by millions of people and prospered in a state of paradise and magic for a few
years. Until, as a result of the wars, which occurred between the two great continents, Lemuria and Atlantis, great
devastation occurred. This happened twenty-five thousand years ago, when the two peoples of the two greatest
civilizations of the time, were fighting each other for their own "ideologies". They had very different ideas on how to deal
with the other civilizations on this planet. Lemurians believed that other less evolved cultures should evolve alone, at
their own pace, according to their own understanding. The Atlanteans believed that all less evolved cultures should be
monitored by the two main civilizations. This caused a series of thermonuclear wars between the two. Later, when the
wars ended and the dust settled, there were no winners.

During these devastating wars, people who were more civilized, opposed to this type of violence, migrated, in order to
protect themselves, to intraterrestrial environments. Finally, Atlantis and Lemuria became victims of their own bestiality
and the lands on both continents became radioactive, contaminated and greatly weakened by wars. The people,
through their seer priests, were informed that, in less than 15,000 years, their continents would sink completely into the
ocean. In those days, where the average life span was 20,000 to 30,000 years, people were terrified.
At the time of these civilizations, California was part of the Lemurian land. When the Lemurians realized that their land
was destined to perish, they filed a petition with Shamballa-Menor, the head of the underground city network in Agartha,
requesting permission to build a city under Mount Shasta in order to preserve their culture and their records.
In order to be granted authorization in order to build this city, becoming part of the underground network of Agartha,
they had to prove that they had learned the lessons about war and aggression. They also had to show their peaceful

large cave, on the summit of Mount Shasta. The Lemurians built their city and named it Telos, since, at that time, Telos

Telos also included land north of Mount Shasta, along the west coast, as far as part of British Columbia.
Telos was erected to contain a maximum of 200,000 people. When the cataclysms started, only 25,000 people had time
to take shelter underground on Mount Shasta and were saved. This number is approximately what remains of the
Lemurian culture, located in the third dimension. Lemurian historical records were preserved in the underground city of

severely traumatized, thus saving people from , in future incarnations, retain the experience of these events ".
From the Himalayan Lord to the "Bridge to Freedom" published in 1959:
" Many members of the priesthood placed themselves in small groups, strategically located in different areas,
and prayed and sang as they sank. The idea, behind this stoic action, was that each horrible experience leaves

At the same time that Lemuria was sinking, Atlantis began to shake and lose parts of its land, a fact that continued for
another 200 years, until the final phase, where the rest of the continent completely submerged. For 2,000 years, after
the Lemurian and Atlantean catastrophes, the planet was still shaking. The loss of two continental masses in such a
short time serves to alert today's humanity to the harmful effects of a thermonuclear war on planet Earth, which took
thousands of years to become hospitable again. For hundreds of years, after continental submersions, the day became
dark and an endless nuclear winter was present, as the sun's rays were blocked. Food was scarce and a large

The reason there is so little evidence for the existence of these two great civilizations is that cities, which have not
sunk, have been reduced to boulders by subsequent earthquakes or by huge waves that often swept everything in their

The original height of humanity on this planet was approximately 3.6 meters high. The hyperboreans (Lemurians)

maturity and area of expertise. When a member of the Council decides to change positions, the vacancy is made known

priesthood, and the King and Queen of Telos. The King and Queen have the final say on who is chosen, among the
candidates, to compose the council.
Telos is a very large city with approximately one and a half million inhabitants. The city is divided into several sectors
that share the same local government. The urban complex is divided into 5 levels, according to its depth, covering
several square kilometers below Mount Shasta.
The first level: a large percentage of the population lives below the summit, on the first level. This is also the part
where the administrative and public buildings and several temples are located. At the center of this level is the main
temple, dedicated to the Melchizedek priesthood, called the Temple of Mara, a pyramid-shaped structure capable of
housing 10,000 people. The pyramid is white, made of a rock called "living stone", which was donated to us by the
Beings of Venus.
The second level: this is the place where all the production and manufacture of basic products, for the population of
the city, takes place. It is also the area of several schools for children and adults. Many inhabitants of Telos have their
homes built on this level.
The third level: it is totally dedicated to hydroponic gardens, where the entire food supply is grown on about 7
hectares of land, producing a diet that is very interesting and fun, and that offers a lot of variety. Gardening methods
are so effective, that seven hectares of land is all they need to grow an abundant variety of food in abundance,
capable of endowing one and a half million inhabitants with strong, healthy and non-aging bodies.
Hydroponic gardens are capable of growing crops on a self-sustaining basis. Food can be grown much more quickly,
using advanced hydroponic technology, using little soil and lots of water, without using chemicals, which deplete the
soil. The food is totally organic, with the highest vibration, because in addition to the gardeners

adding organic minerals to the water for the plants, their crops are also reinforced and quickened by the Great Light, the
energy and the positive vibration of love from Telos. This is the magic of fifth-dimensional consciousness, which humans
on the surface will discover soon, most likely in this decade or the beginning of the next.
The fourth level: it contains some hydroponic gardens, some factory areas and a large area of vegetation, formed by a
park, small lakes and fountains.
The fifth level: it is totally devoted to nature. There are tall trees, lakes, atmosphere and various park types. This is the
place where all the animals and many plants that no longer exist on the surface are kept. The animals are all
vegetarians and do not eat each other, living side by side in total harmony, without fear and without any aggression.
Telos is really the place where the lion and the lamb lie side by side and sleep together, with complete confidence.
Benevolent Aliens
Lyrians
It is important to speak about types of extraterrestrial civilizations, which did not agree with humans, which are
described as the source of the spread of human life throughout the Milky Way: the civilizations of the Lyra constellation.
One of the first 'contacted' to describe Lyrian extraterrestrials was Billy Meier, who received a lot of media attention as
a result of contacts he had with Pleiadian individuals between 1975 and 1986, supported by material evidence, which
continues to confuse skeptics. Thorough investigations, done by some individuals and organizations, concluded that
Meier's evidence was not fabricated
and, therefore, confirm the veracity of their reports. Meier has gained a lot of credibility, due to the large amount
of physical evidence he has provided over the years.
Meier described in his book Pleaidians (Plejadians). contacts with Lyra's star system and its human inhabitants:
"A Pleiadian reported his ancient ancestry and, consequently, ours, as originating (before they inhabited the Pleiades)
from a distant sun, in a group of near stars, which today we know as the Lyra Ring Nebula, and is that's why we call
them Lyrians. These primitive Lyrians had large spaceships with which they colonized countless other planets; these
colonies flourished and later came to rely on their own interplanetary spaceships, with which they colonized more other
worlds. "
Meier also reported having physically contacted a Lyra ship in 1977, when the Lyrians described their world and the
other star systems, with whom they collaborate. Alex Collier describes the beginning of the Lyran civilization, as
revealed to him by Andromeda extraterrestrials:
Based on the age of the suns and planets in our galaxy, it was decided that the human life form should be created in
the Lyra system. The human race lived there for about 40

millions of years, evolving. The main activity of the human race in Lyra was agriculture. Apparently, we were very
numerous, and we lived in peace. "
Lyranos have Nordic characteristics and are quite possibly the 'Gods' described in religious traditions, both on Earth
and around the galaxy. Due to the fundamental role that the Lyranos played in human genesis, they are a race better
able to report the details of distant human history, the origins of man and galactic history. They can be called 'the
galactic historians of the human species'. It can be inferred that the lyranos helped in spreading the truth, about the
evolution of human races in the galaxy, and have a deep knowledge of galactic human culture and the "human spirit".
Lyranos are best described as:
"Those of Lyra have an affinity with the origins of human races and with ancient stories. Thus, they are very useful
for you to understand the past, in order to understand the present and transform the future. When you have

Pleiadians
Billy Meier further described a race of extraterrestrials called Pleiadian, descendant of Lyrana, that migrated to
other star systems, before finally settling in the constellation of the Pleiades:
"The ancient history of the ancestors of the Pleiadians, originating in another solar system, has also been described,
as well as their journey to the Pleiades. A migration well before this solar system is also reported and how and why it

is Erra. The Pleiadians of Taygeta have a mission to bring the truth about the alien presence on planet Earth. Semjase,
a Pleiadian female, who made contact with Meier, described the Pleiadians as follows:
"We are neither guardians of Earth beings, nor angels sent by God or the like. Many people suggest that we are
watching Earth and its beings in order to control their destinies. This is not true, because we just try to carry out an

The Pleiadian mission, according to Semjase, is to alert humanity to the Grays:

According to Collier, the Grays and the Pleiadians are involved in armed conflicts in our solar system and in other
systems, such as Sirius B. Interestingly, Collier claimed that some of the Pleiadian groups, like Alcyone's, operate with
"hidden goals", while that Teygeta's (for example, Meier's Pleiadians) are described as having real intentions of
helping humanity. Despite these possible 'hidden goals' of some of them, evidence points out that the Pleiadians, in
general, have positive interactions with human beings, and that they do a lot to help raise our consciousness, while
helping us in the search for freedom from the influence of Grays / Reptilians.
Nordic Rigelians
One of the many human colonies, originating from the Lyran civilizations, was established on planets in the solar
system of the star Rigel, in the constellation of Orion. At some point in its history, the population of the Rigel system
started a violent civil war, weakening and giving rise to the domination of the Grays. According to George Andrews, a
human from the Procyon star system, Khyla, revealed a lot of information about Rigelians, Procyonics and Grays to
human contacts, whose information was consistent with other sources. Khyla was described as follows:
"Khyla was a handsome tall, thin, muscular, masculine man, still in etheric form. He had a muscular neck and blackness
around his eyes that I couldn't tell if it was natural, or if it was some kind of makeup. His face was close to the sexually
ambiguous, but he was definitely masculine, his skin was pale, whitish in tone, it was difficult to gauge his exact height,

"The ancestors of the current Short Grays were taller. Before the great war, Rigel was a vast empire, which had been

Procyonitas
Most of the Rigelians who fled their home planet traveled to the Procyon star system in order to survive. Procyon is a
binary star system, located about 11.4 light years from Earth and, in order, it was the fourth planet colonized by the
Rigelians. According to Andrews, the Procyon colony flourished until they again became the target of grays. Khyla
described the evil process adopted by grays:
At first our leaders dominated and, almost all of us did; it was as if we were under a spell, which was leading us to
condemnation; as if we were being programmed by a type of black magic, which we didn't realize. "
Khyla went on to describe the total domination of Procyonites by grays and their enslavement. Using advanced
time travel technology, which used the

organisms, a significant number of procyonites managed to escape and started a war of liberation in the 'remote

"It would be suicide to try to fight grays directly, with the current weapons that Earth humans have. You have to be
rational and understand the right way to proceed. Your own conscience is the most powerful weapon available to you at

According to Alex Collier, the Procyonites have recently managed to free their world from the influence of grays.
Tau Cetianos
Other worlds populated by humans are the star systems Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani. The investigator, Frank Crawford,
interviewed individuals who had physical contact with the Tau Cetians. The first and most significant witness claimed to
have participated in operations to recover crashed UFOs; a living occupant from a fall near Phoenix, Arizona, in 1961,
was captured and interrogated by
USA 'Oscar', the pseudonym used by the witness, described to Frank Crawford the origins of the captured
extraterrestrial, who was nicknamed 'Hank'.
Hank said his people's home stars are Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani. In later sessions, Oscar reported some reasons
for the presence of these extraterrestrials. Hank said that they (the Tau Cetians) don't like our situation, where we find
ourselves under the influence of the 'Short Grays'. He corrected us when we used the term 'gray' and said that they
(those of Zeta Reticuli) are not gray, they are really white. Tau Cetians feel that the abductions, which are being carried
out by some of the Grays, are a great injustice to humanity. "They are a breed of parasites that have been preying on
human civilizations across the universe." He added that our government's involvement with the Grays is very
dangerous and out of control. The Tau Cetians have already been victims of the Grays and are warning other races
about this alien species. Oscar wants people who are contacted by the Tau Cetians not to be afraid, because they are
here to help.
The 'Hank' revelations claim that the Tau Cetians are here to help us deal with the Grays and their strategies and
secret activities. They, in particular, are very concerned with the nature of the agreements with the Grays, signed by the
'hidden government of the

They are aliens from Sirius A, which is a blue and white star, approximately 8.6 light years from Earth, twenty times
brighter than the sun, and is the brightest star in the night sky. Its closest star is Sirius B, a white dwarf, which is 8 to 32
astronomical units from Sirius A, and has a highly elliptical orbit. Amazingly, an African tribe called Dogon, has an
unusual understanding of Sirius B's elliptical orbit around Sirius A. This knowledge was apparently given to his
ancestors by extraterrestrials from the Sirius star system. The Dogons describe Sirians as amphibians, coming from a
planet around Sirius B, which is consistent with Collier's claim that one of the planets around Sirius B is 'occupied by
aquatic reptilian beings'. Collier,

Ummites
The Ummites are described as extraterrestrials from the planet Ummo, located 14.6 light years away and which is part
of the Wolf 424 star system. They played a significant role in the dissemination of technical and scientific literature in
Spain, which then it relayed it to the rest of Europe in the 1960s and 1970s. Its base of operations was hidden, close to
a small town, in the French province of the Low Alps. The Ummites contacted a select number of individuals and

Alpha Centaurians
Alex Collier claims that Alpha Centaurians are one of the races that visit Earth. An example of the secret project
Montauk, in Philadelphia, Al Bielek, referred to having had contact with several extraterrestrials, among them, the Alpha
Centaurians. Bielek's testimony is perhaps one of the most bizarre and controversial in UFO research; even so, his
testimony is coherent and consistent, according to an independent researcher, John Quinn. The Alpha Centurians,
apparently, offer refuge and protection to human beings who are willing to fight the repressive policies of the hidden
earth government. Bielek described the nature of the Alpha Centaurians' activities in an interview:
"There are spaceships that regularly leave Earth for Alpha Centauri 4 which, by agreement, is a safe haven for people
persecuted by the hidden US government. It takes them about 12 hours to pick up the refugee. Apparently, they take
the whole family, that is, the sisters, the brothers, father and mother. As far as I know they are still here. "

Human-Alien Infrastructure and Bases - Introduction
Humanity has been controlled and burrified for several decades, by humans, lands like us, who consider themselves
superior and the only ones with the right to retain the knowledge of the truth about the universe and about the throbbing
life that inhabits it. These earthly humans are members of very secret societies and the different governments of several
countries in the first world, mainly in the USA and are proud of the right to detain all the knowledge and destiny of our
humanity, in a harmful and selfish way. The truth is that humanity is idiotized and plunged into profound ignorance, due
to the attitude of these evil lords.
We repeatedly affirm that they are lords of the negative line, because everything that these rulers possess and
manipulate, in terms of material resources, was produced by the hard work of their people, who in addition to being
enslaved is placed in spite of the important facts that surround them. These 'pseudo-holders of wisdom and reason', in
addition to hiding reality, without our permission, did something worse, secret warlike agreements in our name, with
negative evolutionary extraterrestrial beings, which puts freedom and itself at risk survival of our race.
The distance from the true concepts about our universe has become so great for the lay crowd that, if these concepts
were revealed at once, they would be transported to a world of dreams.
Forget Einstein's theories, as it is perfectly possible to travel through space at speeds greater than that of light. The
universe and our galaxy throb in life, even in this third dimension; we have civilizations in Sirius, in the Pleiades, in
Alpha Centaur, in Orion, and in many other star systems. Absence of life is the exception and not the rule. Let us leave
our pride aside, as we are one of the most primitive breeds in the neighborhood; by the way, the Earth is known as the
'children's planet'. Many of these civilizations from other worlds visit us regularly and some even live together in our
environment, obeying guidelines signed by their superiors.

Also, make no mistake, moral evolution does not always go hand in hand with scientific evolution, although this is the
usual thing and, for this reason, there are evil civilizations, possessing extreme technological knowledge. We have to

dimension, where all evil is possible. These extraterrestrial beings of negative evolution do not just destroy or enslave
us completely, for now, because they fear the reaction of people who are superior to them and who protect us.

scientific evolution superior to ours, in huge underground spaces. Underground spaces, contrary to what we may
assume, offer more security for their inhabitants than life on the planet's surface, as they are endowed with a more
stable climate, without the extreme variations that we find up here. They are free from floods, droughts, hurricanes
and other frequent causes of disruption in our cities.
Several of these intraterrestrial cities are interconnected by very extensive tunnels that lead to magnetic trains that
reach speeds several times higher than that of sound.
It is hard to believe, for us who have been displaced from reality, through tireless brainwashing, but there are very
advanced beings, originating from the evolution lines of almost all types of living beings. There are beings that evolved
from insects (the Grays are an example), from aquatic animals (from a Sirius B planet), from reptiles (the vast class of
reptilians is the most common in the galaxy), among others.
It is also necessary to warn about what was said earlier. The governments of several countries have made agreements
with negative evolutionary extraterrestrial beings, that is, with certain varieties of evil grays and reptilians, agreements
that foresee the receipt of advanced technologies, mainly warlike, in exchange for these beings to be able to carry out
their genetic experiments with earthly humans, experiences that involve disrespect for human rights and that often
result in irremediable traumas and even the death of abductees.
From what has been said, the urgency of everyone to become aware of reality is highlighted, so that we can act, even
if only on a positive vibrational level, against the ignorance that has been imposed on us and against the iniquities
perpetrated today against our race.

Montauk Project
The Philadelphia Experiment
The origin of the Montauk Project dates back to 1943, when radar invisibility was being researched, on board the
USS Eldridge. As the USS Eldridge was anchored in Philadelphia's naval base, the events that took place will be
referred to as the "Philadelphia Experiment."
The Philadelphia Experiment was known as the Rainbow Project for those who did it. It was conceived as a secret
project that could help end World War II. A precursor to today's stealth technology, the Rainbow Project aimed to
discover a technique for making a ship invisible to enemy radar. This was done by creating an "electromagnetic" bottle
that actually deflected radar waves around the ship. An "electromagnetic" bottle changes the entire electromagnetic
field in a specific area - in this case, the field created was intended to encompass the USS Eldridge.
Although the aim was simply to make the ship an object not detectable by radar, there was a totally unexpected and
drastic side effect. He made the ship invisible to the naked eye and removed it from the space-time continuum. The
ship suddenly reappeared in Norfolk, Virginia, hundreds of miles away, disappearing again and returning to its point of
origin.
The project was a success, from a material point of view, but it was a catastrophe for the people involved. While the
USS Eldridge "teleported" from the Philadelphia naval base to Norfolk and back to the place of origin, the crew was
completely disoriented. They had left the physical universe and were unable to locate themselves, spatially or
temporally, in this instantly created environment. After their return to the Philadelphia naval base, some individuals had
their bodies fused to the ship's own metallic structure. Others disappeared and reappeared, and countless others were
on fire, without their bodies being consumed. Those who survived were in a state of total disorientation and absolute
terror.
The surviving crew was later found to be "mentally incapable" after having spent considerable time in rehabilitation.
The "mentally incapable" label was very convenient for the government to discredit the stories of these survivors.
These facts paralyzed the Arco-Íris Project. Although a breakthrough has occurred, there was no certainty that
humans could survive new experiences. John von Neumann, who led the experiment, was later called to work on the
Manhattan Project, which was the guideline chosen to end World War II.

This document was transcribed from a videotape. I received the tape around May or June 1990. After watching and
reviewing it about a dozen times, I showed it to some friends, and like me, they were amazed. Some believed in him,
and others did not. Now, you can make your own decision. Alfred Bielek is one of the survivors of the Philadelphia
Experiment.
Several of the names and places that Mr. Bielek mentions, could not be understood correctly, due to the audio levels,
and because they were just murmured. Of course, there were many places and things that I had never heard of, and I
had no idea how they were spelled. I tried to research some of them to make sure everything was correct. Likewise,
some of the words sound a little strange, in inappropriate English, with double words and sentences [this document is
exactly as it was left by Rick Andersen in October 92].
This conference was held at the Mufon Metroplex in Dallas, Texas, at a meeting about UFOs. The date of this conference
was January 13, 1990. The name of the speaker is Alfred Bielek, and this is how he explains the beginning and the
so-called end of the experiment ".
Hostess: Alfred Bielek is our announcer tonight, and I heard him at the UFO conference in Phoenix in September, and
I think everyone agrees that he was the most interesting of all the announcers, at least in the subjective material. So, to
my knowledge, there are not many out there who have been involved in the Philadelphia Experiment and who can still
tell about this experience. He is. So, I think this is really an exciting program.
Now, there are a lot of connections about UFOs in a sense that, well ... I'm going to let him tell you a little bit about it,
but one of the projects he was working on is still highly rated, it involves UFOs, and he really doesn't can talk a lot about
it; tonight, he can only briefly touch on the subject. But I think it's really interesting that there are as many government
secrets about this as there are about UFOs, and the government always denies that this happened.

So, as for this relationship, I think this is really interesting, and it certainly has a connection with the things that we
discussed here in our group. So, with all this, I present Alfred Bielek.
The Philadelphia Experiment
As announced, my name is Alfred Bielek, I am a survivor of the Philadelphia Experiment. Before I begin, I will ask:
As for the people who are here, how many of you know what the so-called Philadelphia Experiment was really
about?
I don't see many hands rising. So, the second question is probably a little superfluous. How many of you have any idea
whether this experiment started in the war years? That's it, World War II, I would say 41 or 42. How many of you think it
started there? Very few were informed about this .... A few hands went up. Or who thinks this started earlier? Well,
those who said earlier are correct.
This had its genesis in 1931-1932, in a strange and small windy city, called Chicago, Illinois. Around this time, in the twenties
and thirties, there was a lot of speculation in popular literature, that is, in popular literature such as "Popular Science", "Popular
Mechanics", "Science Illustrated", on subjects such as invisibility, attempts to make an object or a person disappears, even in
teleportation. I think of the people of that time, writing and thinking that maybe they were close to that, in terms of scientific
achievement, but there was a lot of speculation, and very little, if any, being done in this regard. Around 1931, some people
decided it was time to do something about it, and they all went to the University of Chicago. The three main players involved
were dr. Nikola Tesla, dr. John Hutchinson, Dean of the University of Chicago, later Chancellor, and Dr. Kirtenauer, who was
an Austrian physicist, who had come from Austria and was on the faculty of the University of Chicago. They did a little research
... a plausibility study, kind of thing from that time, that didn't do much, at that particular moment, in that period. A little later, the
entire project was taken to the Institute for Advanced Studies at Princeton. in that period. A little later, the entire project was

The Institute for Advanced Studies was an interesting organization. It was not part of the university system, nor was it
part of Princeton. It was in its area, but it was an independent entity. It was founded in 1933, under the auspices of
those who, or for what purpose, could not really say, other than what one might want, an institute for very advanced
studies, post-doctoral research and this kind of thing. Among the first people who came to join was a very interesting
and well-known person, Albert Einstein. I will not go into details about him, because his history is well known, but he
joined the team in 1933. He was, of course, from Bonn, Germany, and after leaving this country in 1930 (some of the
biographers say he left in 1933, but it was in 1930), he came to the United States, and went to Pasadena, California. He
was teaching at Cal-Tech. He was there for about three years, and was then invited to join the Institute, which he did in
1933, and he remained there until his death. His main function was as a theoretical physicist, a thinker, strictly
mathematician, in the field of physics. He became well known for his Special Theory of Relativity, his General Theory of
Relativity and his speculative Theory of the Unified Field.

Other people came together, around the same time. One of the most important was dr. John von Neumann, born in
Budapest, Hungary, who had come from Europe. He graduated in mathematics, and had his PhD in mathematics in
1925 in Budapest. He taught in the German university system for approximately four years, in two different positions.
During this period he met dr. Robert Oppenheimer, who was in Europe at the same time and who became important
after this project, and countless others. Von Neumann was quite interesting now. He was a theorist, a theoretical
mathematician. But he was also a "skull", which means that he knew how to apply pure theory. Einstein did not know,
and this is very important. So, one of the other people went to that university, one where someone was teaching at the
time, was a very important man, if you can read my notes here, it was a man named David Hilbert. Probably none of
you have ever heard of it. A doctor of mathematics, he was considered in Europe as the most prominent mathematician;
that I know of, he never left Europe. He was born, grew up and died in Germany. He died there around 1965,
approximately. But he was in Dr. von Neumann. Hilbert is best known and remembered for having developed a very
exotic form of mathematics, called Hilbert's Space. He was the first man to define multiple realities mathematically,
multiple spaces and what all this meant in terms of a mathematical point of view. For most of us this is almost
meaningless,
Hilbert and von Neumann did it together. Von Neumann wrote an essay in Germany, in German, about Hilbert and
some of his work. And von Neumann, being well known himself, took Hilbert's work and "improved it", as they say, by
developing a complete and new system of mathematics. Von Neumann is well known in mathematical circles, as well as
Hilbert, and had published works, some discreet, after the Philadelphia Experiment. One of the things he became
known for was Game Theory. He also developed a ring operator system, a very exotic kind of algebra, but nothing that
means anything to anyone, except for the one with a high degree in mathematics and who is a pure mathematician.
Other people became important to this project as time went by. Approximately in 1934, they moved the project to the
Institute, and dr. Tesla comes in here. Tesla is a very important man. Its entire history is well known. There is a film,
made by Segrabe Productions in Yugoslavia, describing his life. He was born in 1856. He went to school, regular
school, a gym, which was their college, he started at a university. He was there a year ago when your father died. He
ran out of money, so he could not continue his formal education, but he made a deal with the teachers, who let him sit
in the classrooms. He then sought work where he could find it in Europe and worked for Western Union for a period of
time. Then he joined the Edison Corps. from Europe. AND, when he decided to move to the United States in 1884, he
had a letter of introduction from an Edison man, who managed the Edison Corps. in Europe. Then he arrived in the
United States in 1884, and as they say, with a good knowledge of eleven languages, four cents in his pocket, a book of
poetry, and a letter of introduction to Thomas Edison. This was the most important thing he had, the cover letter,
because it became, for a period of time, his livelihood.

He was introduced to Edison, and immediately entered into a discussion with him about differences in his basic
approach to electricity. Edison was a supporter of DC [direct current], and Tesla, as is well known, was a supporter of
AC [alternate current]. Edison couldn't see anything in AC, nor did he want to have anything with her. He was
interested in investing, if they wish, in the DC machinery he had designed and built, and in the power systems he had
assembled. Well, it worked, I mean, Tesla worked for Edison for about six months. They got into a violent discussion
about money, that is, about a promise that Edison had made to Tesla, that if he solved a certain problem, within a
certain time, he, Edison, would give him $ 50,000.00 as a bonus. Good, Tesla got the job done on time and went to
Edison to ask him about the bonus. Edison laughed, this was a big joke, it was the American sense of humor and all
that. Tesla didn't think so, that it was a big joke, he packed his bags and left him immediately, going to dig pits again.
After that he met several people, did several things, one of which was for the president of Western Union, having
worked for him for a period of time. This gentleman helped him to set up his first laboratory. Over time, he became an
American citizen, and began giving a series of lectures at the former Institute of Electrical Engineers, which, between
the 1880s and the late 1890s, was very famous in New York, having Tesla became a regular and prominent
announcer, on various subjects and courses involving AC theory, electricity and everything he thought was important.
With the support of everyone there, everything he presented was important.
He once gave a demonstration on electrical theory and AC power, and one of the regulars was Mr. George
Westinghouse. Then, in approximately 1889, Westinghouse purchased all of Tesla's patents, 20 of them on AC power
generation and distribution systems, paying him a million dollars in cash, and a one dollar royalty for each horsepower. ,
that is, for each horsepower produced by the machines, from that moment on and while the patents lasted. This put
Tesla completely in business.
In 1893, Tesla won an award for supplying the power for the Chicago World Exhibition. It was the first time that a major
exhibition had any AC power generation apparatus; previously, it was DC power, when power was available, and this
did not please Mr. Edison at all, but Tesla nevertheless won it. He was supported by
JP Morgan. And he also did something remarkable in this exhibition: he demonstrated, for the first time, publicly, a radio
controlled boat model, on a dock. He repeated this demonstration in 1898, at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In the meantime, there was competition over the development of high voltage and long-distance power transmission,
and Tesla won the concession to build the Niagara electric station, the first and largest hydroelectric power station in
the United States to be equipped with energy B.C. He won it because he promised that he could transport power to
New York City without loss, and he proved it. In 1899, Tesla went to Colorado Springs to do a lot of research, and in
this period he was meddling in several basic areas involving high voltage electricity and electrical lightning - the Tesla
coil, if you wish. He had been there for two years, when he made some announcements to the press. One of them, in
1899, was that he had been in contact with

people outside planet Earth, et's, if you will, in our modern terminology. The press took a lot of notes about it all, and
fellow scientists saw it with disgust at the time. This was not a popular topic; they thought he was perhaps a little
'crazy', the same as they would think of him much later, a couple of decades later. But he kept his opinions.
Well, in 1906, with JP Morgan backing him up, he developed a system for transmitting radio and television signals [sic -
there was no television at the time - NT], and the Wardencliff Tower was built on Long Island, in 1906. About a year
before its completion, he went to JP Morgan and said, "Really, Mr. Morgan, I intend to use this tower for the production
of FREE ENERGY [free], for everyone. FREE ELECTRIC ENERGY". And Mr. Morgan said to him, "What you want to
tell me, Mr. Tesla, is that anyone can stretch one antenna stick on the ground, and another in the air, and take as much
FREE ENERGY as they want, and I can't put a meter there to measure this and charge? ". And Tesla said, "This is
correct". JP Morgan said, "I will answer you, Mr Tesla, when I am ready for you" . Obviously, Mr. Morgan never called
him again, and cut off all funds. The Wardencliff Tower stayed there until 1914, when it was blown up by someone. And
that was the end of that project. In the meantime, Tesla started other things. I will be shorter now, because we are
getting into the main part of it all.
In 1917, of course, a war broke out - World War I. Tesla was approached by Franklin Delano Roosevelt, then
secretary of the Navy, to do some work for the government, which he happily agreed to. He was also involved at the
time with the American Marconi Co., and this company was confiscated during the First World War, because it could
be a possible corner of foreign activities, and you know the usual paranoia that exists in times of war. And the entire
company was absorbed by the government, Tesla with it. Tesla developed a number of interesting things at this time,
one of which was the Rogers Antenna System.
The Rogers System for wireless transmission made this possible for the military of the time - the patent was classified
[secret] for many years ¾ transmitting voice communications to Europe, from the United States, without static and
without noise, a feat unprecedented for the time. The system is still used today by the military.
In 1919 a new corporation was formed, RCA, and Tesla became part of it. It was formed from the former American
Marconi nucleus. Tesla remained with RCA, first as an engineer, then as director of engineering, and after 1935 as the
world director of all engineering and research for RCA, where he remained until 1939, when he retired.
Throughout this period of time, he had an impeccable track record of producing machinery that worked and never
failed, i. yes, he never failed to produce anything that worked. He was also well known as someone able to visualize
things in his head before putting them on paper, or telling someone what to build, down to the smallest details. What is
important is to know this, and to understand that Tesla's approach to projects was largely intuitive, not without a
mathematical basis, because he had it, but his mathematics was that of the last century, the 1880s. And there were a
lot of known things about electrical theory at the time, but it was not yet that time that they

developed the radio. Hertz got into this between the 1880s and 1890s. Tesla never agreed with Hertz about what a
radio wave would be.
But in 1933 Roosevelt became president of the United States. He called his old friend Nikola Tesla over to
Washington, and asked him, "Would you like to do some more work for the government?" And Tesla said, "Sure!"
Then Roosevelt said, "We have a project for you". He would become the director of what would later be known as the
Philadelphia Project. And that's how Tesla basically got involved with this project. He was appointed by the president,
as far as we can determine now. He was the first director, this is shown in some records, and they went on.
In 1936, there was a first test of some machines, and this was a moderate success. This resulted in partial invisibility,
enough to encourage them and show them that they were on the right track and path, and the Navy was very
interested; this interest began in early 1931, which brought in some research money. And in 1936 they provided
more, and the project expanded. Well, things continued to expand from this point on, and more people came to work
on the project.
One such dr. Gustave Le Bon became a close associate of dr. von Neumann, and joined the team. I couldn't find
any record of him today, but he was nevertheless there, and another man, such a dr. Clarkston, who came about
in 1940. Now, it was not just this project that was being developed at the Institute. There were other people there,
doing a variety of things. The only man who knew everything that was going on there was, of course, Dr. Einstein;
he was considered as a general. If you had a problem, you would see the general. He was a consultation general
for everyone, whatever the project. Now, the thing continued to grow.
I won't go into details about how I got involved in this yet, I haven't said enough yet. I came in much later. But I think
what I want now is to take a short break from the theoretical side, and show them a video tape, part of it, produced by
EMI Thorn Corp. from England. This film was produced basically in 1983, and it was distributed in the United States in
1984 from England, to be shown in cinemas, to run until mid-August 84, and the film only remained for TWO WEEKS.
About three days before the film was released, EMI Thorn received a letter from the United States government saying
"we don't want this film to be shown in the United States". They decided, after some deliberation, to ignore the letter,
because they had already planned the release dates, and they said, well, just three days before, we can say that we
never received the letter. Then they released the film, and it was shown in several places; New York, Philadelphia, and
as expected, there were huge queues to see him, in several other US cities; Phoenix, Sedona, AZ., Chicago, Los
Angeles, wherever you are.
Another letter arrived at EMI Thorn, in England, shortly after that ¾ and very strictly, "We don't want this film shown in
the United States". So EMI Thorn couldn't ignore the second letter. So they sent another one back to the government,
saying 'if you want to stop showing this film, you will have to make a judicial injunction for this'. And the US government
said 'we will do it', and they did. They got a court order banning the film from being shown in the United States. That
court order was fulfilled

just before September, and the film disappeared completely for two years. In the meantime, EMI Thorn went ahead and
decided they were going to fight, which they did successfully. Two years later they got a counter-injunction, knocking
down the first, and the film was made available on videotape. I don't believe it was shown in any cinema after that, but
the videotape is available.
Now the film, the videotape, "The Philadelphia Experiment" is the current title. He's relatively accurate in the first part of
the film, but they embellished him, they wanted to make a very interesting film, a love story, and they distorted some of
the parts at the end, however, I would like to show you the first part of it, because it is very appropriate for what comes
from this point.

The film starts from the beginning and continues until the two boys jump over the ship's rail. If you haven't seen this
movie, "The Philadelphia Experiment", it would be worth doing}.

Up to this point the story is relatively accurate; they changed one thing: the date. This occurred on August 12, 1943. It
was a truly disastrous experience, but a little bit happened in the interval, and this will eventually lead to the rest of the
story.
Now, as I said, in 1936 they had a moderate degree of success, but nothing more. The original intention was to produce
an invisibility field around an object. So they went on working, and in 1940 they achieved their first real success under
Tesla's direction, at a Navy shipyard in Brooklyn. It was a small ship, with no one on board. Special equipment was
placed on the ship. It was powered from two ships, one on each side, which supplied it with power cables; in case
something went wrong, they could cut the cables, and if things got hopeless, they could sink the ship. But they didn't
have to be apprehensive, those were precautions that the Navy always took.
It was a complete success. The little ship became invisible. There was no one on board this time, because this
would be done later, as part of the test. Well, that was declared a success. The Navy was overjoyed, they felt it and
released huge amounts of money for research, and the project was classified in September 1940, having been
called "Rainbow Project". Things started to mesh, from this point on.
Now, I think at this point I should say where I get into this, me and my brother. I was born on August 4, 1916, in an area
of New York, to a Mr. Alexander Duncan Cameron, Sr., the father, and a mother who I do not believe was married, from
the little research we were able to do. I had a very monotonous life, although pleasant, because there was money in the
family. My brother was born in May 1917. And we went on our happy way. We had everything, we had no worries about
money. When the Depression years came, we decided to go to school and get an education. My brother went to
Edinburgh University in Edinburgh, Scotland, until he graduated in 1939, in the summer of

39, with a PhD in Physics. I went to Princeton, where I got my bachelor's and master's degree; I went to Harvard for
my doctorate. Von Neumann had previously told me, "You shouldn't get your doctorate here at Princeton. Go to
Harvard, it's a better school." So I got my PhD from Harvard; I think it was August 39. In the meantime, I should add,
there were some other things going on behind the scenes, and what happened was related to our father.
He had served in the Navy during the First World War. He was a sailor, from the photos we have on our family album.
When he got involved and when he left the Navy, we don't know exactly. These documents were lost. But, as far as we
know, he spent twenty years there, having retired in the early 1930s. We don't know what rank he got, nor what
connections he had, but he must have had several interesting connections with intelligence, due to what happened from
there.
Now, the 1930s. From then on, he never worked a day in his life ... by the way, he didn't need it. Now, in the 1930s, he
had a hobby, which was the construction of huge sailing boats, which he used to race several races around Long
Island, which was very common then.
He won one or two trophies. When he got tired of the boat, he sold it and built another one. In the meantime, he has
also become very active in other things. These other things were the smuggling of fugitive scientists from Nazism and
Germany, bringing them to the United States. This is a long story, and I don't really need to dwell on it. But this stopped
in 1939, when the war started. In September 1939, due to my father's arrangements, which apparently had a lot of
influence in the Navy, it was agreed that we would enlist in this one, which we did on this date. We were then
commissioned and sent to a special naval training school in Providence, Rhode Island, for 90 days. We were probably
among the first to go through what would later be called "the 90 wonderful days" in the Navy. In 90 days you were
trained as an officer, and we were supposed to know everything. In any case, it was then at the end of 1939, the
beginning of
1940. We were assigned to the institute. Now, in the meantime, we had had some contact with him, and we went there
periodically. I myself had been there for a period of time, because I was at Princeton. But we were assigned to the
institute full time, and our job was to represent the Navy’s interest in this project. They wanted two people who had
scientific experience and training to accurately report, in theory and in practice, everything that had been done, was
being done or was going to be done.
And this was our main job. We had been assigned to the institute, and we also had offices at the Navy shipyard in
Philadelphia. Now in 1940, as I had said, a test was successful. The project had been classified. Unlimited funds were
given to Tesla, in company with the group, which continued to expand. I don't remember all the people involved, but we
had another structure that came to be created, a structure of the Navy. So far I have largely touched on the civilian part
of this. Now, there is a part of the Navy.
At the top was the Office of Naval Engineering. In those days, they did not have an Office of Naval Research. This was
the Office of Naval Engineering, and Hal Bowen, Sr., Admiral, was in charge. He was not only the Navy supervisor for
this project, but for all development projects

of engineering of this nature, during the war. This office, by the way, was closed on
1946, and replaced by the Office of Naval Research, of which Hal Bowen was again the director until he retired in
1947. But during that period he was, you might say, the big boss in the Navy. Below him were several other people.
There was a firmly established command. I won't go into details, but there was a lieutenant-commander, Alan
Batchelor, who became a kind of team leader, and took care of the people who would work on the invisibility project,
which was then developed in two phases.
Alan Batchelor, by the way, is still alive; he retired from the Navy as a lieutenant commander. I met him personally. I
didn't know, for a long time, if there would be other survivors, and then I suddenly found out about this gentleman
through other friends in New York, and I talked to him, eventually going to visit him. And he remembered, essentially,
the whole project. In fact, he identified me over the phone, in the phone conversation. He said, "Yes, you worked on the
project, I remember you. No, your name was not Bielek". I said, "Well, what was it, then?" I wanted to see if he
remembered. He told me the name, and he remembered my brother. This all just borders on the main story.
Now, one of the other things that had to be done was to develop a special team. This came to be done a little later. In
January 41, the Navy decided that my brother and I needed some maritime experience, so they transferred us to the
Navy shipyard in Brooklyn, and about a month or so later, we were assigned to Pennsylvania, a conservative crew of
war, and we headed out towards the Pacific. We stayed there all year 1941. Around October 41, when Pennsylvania
was taken to Pearl Harbor for a dry dock to do some repairs, we took a leave of absence and went to San Francisco.
We were with everything in San Francisco of those days, and we stayed there during the months of October and
November, early November; and this month it was finally decided that we were going back to Pearl Harbor. Our orders
were brief, and on December 5 we were already on the runway to take the plane, at the Naval Air Base, to be sent back
to Pearl Harbor, when we were intercepted by a Navy captain, who greeted us and said, "Your orders have been
canceled. Come with me ". We followed him up the stairs to a room at the Naval Base, and found Hal Bowen, Sr., who
spoke, Gentlemen, your orders have been canceled. You may know that we will be at war with Japan in 48 to 72 hours.
We expect an attack on Pearl Harbor. You are too valuable to be sent back to Pearl Harbor; you will remain here in the
San Francisco area. You can work with paperwork. You will be assigned to Pennsylvania; it is packed in San Francisco.
You can finish your tour here in San Francisco. After, they will return to the Institute to continue their work. Enjoy it while
you can, because afterwards there will be no more time, and there will be nothing but hard work for you ". And we did it,
and we really enjoyed it.
But at this point, a lot of things had happened. Tesla had obtained a warship through a friend. I think it was Franklin
Delano Roosevelt, who was in the White House. He said, "You can have this ship; go ahead, make it invisible". There
was complete confidence that he could do it. Hence, it was proceeding with the construction of the machinery. There
were several, three RF [radio-frequency] transmitters, one main generator, I believe, so there were two. The general
plan of attack, without becoming highly technical, was

a series of magnetic coils powered by these generators, which would produce a very intense magnetic field, and
initially they were wrapped around the ship's hull. This was later changed to deck-mounted coils, four of them. And RF
fields, all synchronized with special frequencies, and with a modulation of waveforms developed by Tesla, which
would produce the invisibility field.
Throughout this time (I will have to fill it up a little bit with Tesla), he made another announcement to the press in 1923
about conversations with et's outside the planet, which fell on some interested ears, but in many deaf ears, too. And he
claimed to be in communication with et's. After retiring from RCA, he became more active in this project, but he also
maintained a laboratory in his refuge at the New York Hotel in New York, on the top floor. He had another laboratory in
New York, not very important, in a separate place. Without many people knowing it, he maintained a second laboratory,
which apparently was the main one, at the top of Wardolf Astória, on both terraces. He kept a transmitter installed in
Wardolf, and its receiving antennas and receivers, that had been built by RCA under his direction, were in the New
Yorker. And I know of two people who worked with Tesla, during that period, who say he was using that equipment, he
was talking to someone, almost every day, and one of them was emphatic: it was someone from outside the planet.
Clearly speaking, he was communicating with ET's!
Who? I have no idea. This was never revealed. But during that period he got more information, because he suddenly
went to the Navy and said, "We are going to have problems. We are going to have a really serious problem. You
cannot generate the amount of energy needed to make a huge ship disappear without having any effect on the crew.
I need more time. I need to develop countermeasures, to prevent the staff from suffering damage ". The Navy said,
"You can't. You have a deadline. There's a war going on. Make this work. You can set the date, but you can't change
it."
Make it work, in other words. There was a deadline, which happened to be March
42. The test date was approaching; he was apprehensive about that, and finally decided, if there was no extension in
time and he could not modify the machinery to correct the problem, there would only be one way out. And that would
be sabotaging the equipment, not physically destroying it, but making sure that it would never work when it was turned
on, and this is what it would do on the test date, March 42. The warship would not would have a special crew. He had a
regular crew, even though he had specialized equipment. The keys were turned and nothing happened. Mr. Tesla
leaned over and said, "Well, gentlemen, the experiment failed, and it's time to leave you. There is a person here who
can take care of this and make things work for you. And here is Dr. John von Neumann. Goodbye! "
As the story goes, he was fired. There is another story, which says, "You cannot fire me, I resign". Whatever the case,
he is gone. There was some other interest, and he did other research from that day until the date of his death, on
January 7, 1943, which are among the other things that happened later, but that were not directly related to the
experiment, at the time.

Now, at that time, a lot of other projects were underway. One of them, which was being developed and was already functional, prior to this project, and which
was being done basically at the Navy shipyard and also at the Institute, under the specific direction of Einstein, were the experiments with demagnetization
[Degaussing]. I don't know how many of you know this, but before World War II, in 1938, the Germans developed a new type of mine, called a magnetic mine. It
didn't explode on contact, it exploded when it detected the magnetic mass of the approaching ship's steel hull. This distorted the Earth's magnetic field, which
was used by the sensitive elements of this mine; and when she was quite close to the ship, or under it, without any contact being made, the mechanism would
fire, the mine exploded and opened a hole in the bottom of the ship, and that was the end of it. The US Navy knew this, and they wanted to develop
countermeasures, which they did. They were quite successful. So successful, in fact, that the Germans abandoned the magnetic mine in 1943, and returned to
ordinary mines, which, if you don't know, are unaffected by this type of equipment. The traditional shape of this equipment involved wrapping two sets of cables

the room where he taught, the inner courtyard, some trees, and other items around the school. But he also showed a
slide of the building where they first conducted the experience of making invisible things optically invisible! Mr. Bielek
presented other slides of the original equipment from the Philadelphia Experiment, from Eldridge, the ship on which
the experiment was carried out. Some of the slides showed special generators, and controls. He also mentioned that
he knew that this equipment had come from Eldridge, because of the VIBRATIONS, that were around this equipment.
And Mr. Bielek continues ...
Okay, once the experiment failed due to Tesla's concern, dr. von Neumann took over. Now, some of the other
background people who took part in this project are well known.
One of them is T. Townsend Brown. He has a long history; many people know him because he worked in the field of
UFOs, with electrostatics, trying to prove that an object can be moved using only the high voltage of electrostatic fields.
And he made many work, and this is very well researched and documented. He worked at the university with someone
named dr. Bifield [Biefeld], and the effect became known as the Bifield-Brown effect.
Eventually, he was discovered by the Navy. He joined the Naval Reserve in 1933, and took part in several small
projects. In 1939 they appointed him to active duty, and he went to the Navy. There, they gave him the mine
countermeasures development project. And this was, basically, your department.

There were several areas of expertise, he worked on the magnetic mine project. He was also considered an RF expert,
so he also worked on the Philadelphia Experiment, at least in the design of a special radio transmitter, and a tower to
support the antennas, which was the tall tower you could see later on Eldridge , and that is shown in the film, and this is
correct, that it was broken, and that is why it fell. This was his job, not to break it, but to assemble and test it.
Before dr. von Neumann could complete his work, he told the Navy: "I have to re-study this thing. Obviously, it doesn't
work, I have to go back and find out why." And he needed a lot of time. The Navy had no choice but to give him the time
he needed. So it was in 42, a good part of 42, of a lot of theoretical study. Around May 42, they decided that they would
need a special ship. The warship was no longer available; he was back on duty. They decided that they wanted to build
a test vehicle from scratch. Then around June or July they decided to go to the drawing boards to choose which ships
might be available, among those being built, and they chose a "DE 173", which was later named "Eldridge".
And in July they modified the designs. They decided where they would want the two generators. The reason they had
to make the modification was that the destroyer, the 'DE', was a very small ship. Its normal displacement was 1,500
tons, not 30,000. As a consequence, they had to assemble the equipment, which was very heavy, very carefully. What
they decided to do was to leave out the front cannon turret, and they would put the two generators in their place. So
they set up the two generators inside this space where the turret, the powder deposit and everything else would go.
The generator's power engine, the diesel electric system to power the entire system, and four transmitters were
eventually mounted on the deck. But the ship had to be built first. It was ready around October 42, and then he was
taken to a dry dock, where he started assembling various pieces of equipment. By January 43 he was virtually ready.
Now, as the "human equation" was considered, what were they going to do with the crew ... around June 42 they
decided they would have a special crew. All volunteers, handpicked, who would be, as they were, essentially marked
for the rest of their lives. They were volunteers, they would not be held responsible, and so on, and they would tell
them that they were going to participate in an exotic experience, in which there was some danger possibly involved.
"Do you want to be a volunteer?".
Well, they got the kind of people they wanted, about 33, and they went to a special training school in Groton,
Connecticut, a Coast Guard Academy. It took about three months of training. They graduated in December of 42, and
who was the instructor of the class, which appears in that photo, where you can also see the entire class that was
graduating? It is still in the family photo albums, believe it or not, it was our father, in his naval uniform. How he
returned to the Navy, we don't know, unless it was a Coast Guard uniform, but it looked like a Navy uniform. And all
the people who enlisted, including two high-ranking officers, they were then, so to speak, carried to Philadelphia,
where they were assigned, not knowing, of course, when the ship would be ready.

needed. Those thirty-three went to the end of the training, and were warned of certain things, but no one expected
what happened then. Since a special crew was available, the ship was being rigged, everything going ahead, and in
January 43, some tests of separate systems were started. Nothing was ever tested together, and it couldn't be,
because that was the final test.
Then several subsystems were tested; the generators, the RF transmitters. Tesla had used three, von Neumann
increased to four, and he finally decided on the power of the transmitters selected by Tesla, which were General
Electric. 500 kilowats of CW [continuous-wave, unmodulated continuous wave] was not enough. He put up boosters
[booster dynamos; amplifiers] in them to raise each up to 2 megawatts of CW, and the two generators remained
essentially the same, 75 KVA each. Low regulated frequency, motor supply, special synchronization circuits, to make
sure that the two generators would be in absolute sync, otherwise they would not work. A special generation system
was built with another strange device inherited directly from Tesla and that was the Zero Time Reference generator.
Now, what is a Zero Time Reference? This is a term you will never see in textbooks. This is a system which simply closes with the Earth's
field, the structure of the Earth's magnetic field, and also its mass resonance through a very ingenious system designed by Tesla. Now, all
the planets in our system and all the planets across the galaxy are basically closed cosmologically, and having what you might call a Zero
Time Reference, which is the center of our galaxy. Everything has to have a reference to this point of Time Zero, it is a real reference.
Regarding the local time, you should put it in reference to this, to make everything work. And Tesla found the means to do it, quite simply.
These reference generators exist in each FAA [Federal Aviation Administration] system already built for the inclined ramp (sic?), Our
systems on land, and this was part of the system. All generators, such as one that I showed you, and various other equipment. About 3,000
'6L6' vacuum valves were used to power the field coils of the two generators, this would be an accurate estimate; by the way, perhaps it

Around March 43 von Neumann started to be shaken. He did not believe Tesla, who kept saying, "There will be a
problem with the staff"; he did not believe this. Well, my brother and I believed in Tesla, because we had great respect
for him, and we started and went into math and equations and the things that Tesla told us. Finally, we agreed with him,
and kept telling von Neumann that, 'you cannot connect this system as it is. You will have a problem, as Tesla warned '.
Well, the mere mention of Tesla's name made von Neumann explode, he was very upset when that name was
mentioned. Eventually, however, he got the message. He said, "There may be a problem. Well, let's see what we can
do about it."
He decided to add a third generator. They designed and built one and put it around April, early May. Here, I'm not really
sure where they put him, it could have been on the deck or under him, because he couldn't stay long. They had
problems, very serious problems, they could not synchronize it with the other two. THE

purpose, at the same time, early 43, a third man, my brother and I were chosen to operate the equipment, and we
were trained to operate the entire system, because we knew what it was, and we had the educational background to
appreciate what you were trying to do.
But as the film shows, and this is correct, we were in sailor uniforms. We had the rank of first class specialist [officers],
but when we were among the rest of the crew, we wore these uniforms, and we were working with them most of the
time. In those days, there was a very strong caste system in the Navy. New officers did not mix with the other men,
except to give them orders. You wouldn't work with them that way, in those uniforms, in those days. They do it now, and
also on submarines. But we were told to wear these uniforms when we were working with the crew, or doing tests on
the ship.
A third man was given to us, a helper named Jack, and he was a first-class electronic technician who knew a little about
everything, and had the right background. Around June, mid-June, in one of the tests, this third generator was slightly
furious. He started to emit huge bows, and Jack was hit by one of them, and he fell like a hit animal. We thought he was
dead, and the doctors came in and pulled him out; he was in a coma. He stayed that way for four months, recovering
later. He was never part of the project again.
So von Neumann looked at that and said 'the generator is not good, remove it'. It was removed and we turned to the
other two generators. He scratched his head, and turned to what was not in order. 'Well, what do we do now?' We
decided to continue. The Navy, of course, was pressing him in the meantime, 'You have to take this thing further'. They
did a lot of tests. Eventually, in late June, early July, they decided, the ship had long since left the dry dock and was
settled in the port area, at the Navy shipyard in Philadelphia. We, by the way, had an office there, on top of one of the
buildings. High security, with a view of the port. They decided that Eldridge would go to the sea to be tested, which was
normal. So he spent three days at sea. In the middle of June, on an adaptation cruise. Everything was right. He hadn't
taken his special crew this time. It took a normal crew. And he came back, everything was great. He went to the port for
the final test.
Finally, on July 20, they decided that the ship was ready for the final test. Then the special test crew was assembled,
the captain who would command the ship, a man named Hangle, Captain Hangle, a Navy captain, was on board. He
was not the definitive captain. All 22 went on board, including us. As the film showed, the ship left for its position, its
location in the port. At 9:00 am we were told to turn the keys, in fact a complete series of them. There were only two
generators, so the film is slightly inaccurate in this regard. So they worked and the ship became invisible, according to
observers. They left him like that for about 15 to 20 minutes. We were told to turn them off and to bring the ship back to
port, and we did.
The staff, the one on the deck (there were some above, and others below the deck), were totally disoriented,
nauseated, vomiting, almost delirious and

obviously not well. Then the Navy saw the state of affairs, they told the crew to leave, that they would give us a new
one. Von Neumann knew then with certainty that we had a problem with the personnel, and went to tell the Navy "I
need more time to study this problem. We need to find out what happened, and correct it". The Navy said, "You have a
deadline, and it's August 12, 1943. You either take the test by then, or forget it!" They didn't give you a reason for that.
Neither of us. I went to Hal Bowen and asked him where this order came from. He had given us the order. He said 'I
don't know, but I'll find out where it came from'. And finally he discovered, through the chain of command, that it came
from the CNO, that is, from the Chief of Naval Operations, which he found something peculiar. The Chief of Naval
Operations was in charge of conducting the war, where the ships went, what they would do. He was not concerned with
the details of an engineering project carried out at a shipyard in Philadelphia. I will tell you, if there is an engineering
project of some kind, then something is going on. It probably came from an even higher level. Well, we had the date,
von Neumann and everyone else worked day and night trying to make corrections. The Navy decided in the meantime
that they did not want complete invisibility. They only wanted invisibility to the radar. The reasoning behind this was
that, at the time, of course, we didn't have things such as inertial guidance systems, or Loran and Shoran world
navigation systems. One is at low frequency, and the other at medium frequency. All you needed to navigate was
sunlight, eye and radar. If you make the ship invisible to radar at night, you cannot tell where it is unless it is optically
visible. If it is optically invisible, you can ram a nearby ship. This was the thought, and they said, they no longer wanted
optical invisibility. Von Neumann said that we could modify the equipment for this, and he did.
And the fatal date arrived, August 12, 1943. We returned to the port again. Everyone was a little unsure, my brother and
me in particular. So we went to the base, the orders came to lower the keys, to turn on the equipment. For about 60 to
70 seconds, everything looked fine. They had their radar invisibility, you could still see the ship, its outline.
Then, there was a blue lightning bolt, and the ship disappeared entirely. At this point, of course, von Neumann
panicked. The ship disappeared completely, and they did not know what had happened to it. About four hours later the
ship reappeared at the port, in the same place where it was. It was quite obvious, when he reappeared, that
something was wrong. They sent a team on a speedboat, because they had had no responses to radio signals. They
had indications that something was seriously wrong. They could already see this, because the antenna on the
superstructure was broken. So the team went there, and when they got on board, they found the following:
Two men embedded in the steel of the deck; two men embedded in the steel of the bulkhead; the fifth man had
his hand embedded in the steel of the bulkhead ¾, he was alive. They cut your hand off and gave you an artificial
hand. People walking around, completely crazy, really insane, out of their minds.
People who appeared and disappeared. Some were on fire, if you remember the biblical story about the burning bush,
which burned without being consumed. Some men were like that. And everyone was seriously disoriented. The only
people who escaped

to this disorientation were those under the deck, which included me and my brother. This is where the most
interesting part of the story comes in.
What happened to the ship and what went wrong. We jumped over the rail hoping to fall into the water; instead, we fell in 1983, August 12, 1983, in the middle
of another project called the Phoenix Project, in Montauk, Long Island, at night, inside its peripheral fences. They had managed to make it operational at the
time, and they had guards, dogs, and a regular patrol helicopter. We were lit up by a helicopter searchlight; we didn't know what a helicopter was. The guards
came, grabbed us, and took us down some stairs. There were five levels underground to Montauk, and that was where most of the equipment was. And we
were introduced to dr. von Neumann. 'Well who are you?'. 'I am dr. von Neumann '. We were more than shocked, because we had just left him, in 1943 he was
a relatively young man, and there was a much older man introducing himself as von Neumann. He quickly told us what had happened, what was happening,
because he had the final reports. It was a long story. How had this happened? And he said, "Gentlemen, you need to go back and turn off the equipment at
Eldridge; this has happened, according to our records, but it hasn't really happened yet, it hasn't happened yet, but you need to go back there and do it. We
can't turn it off from here. We can't turn off this station; what had happened was that the two experiments in time, exactly forty years apart, had connected with
each other, which created a hole in Hyperspace, which sucked Eldridge into it. and there was a much older man presenting himself as von Neumann. He
quickly told us what had happened, what was happening, because he had the final reports. It was a long story. How had this happened? And he said,
"Gentlemen, you need to go back and turn off the equipment at Eldridge; this has happened, according to our records, but it hasn't really happened yet, it
hasn't happened yet, but you need to go back there and do it. We can’t turn it off from here. We can’t turn off this station; what had happened was that the two
experiments in time, exactly forty years apart, had connected to each other, which created a hole in Hyperspace, which sucked Eldridge into it. and there was a
much older man presenting himself as von Neumann. He quickly told us what had happened, what was happening, because he had the final reports. It was a
long story. How had this happened? And he said, "Gentlemen, you need to go back and turn off the equipment at Eldridge; this has happened, according to our
records, but it hasn't really happened yet, it hasn't happened yet, but you need to go back there and do it. We can’t turn it off from here. We can’t turn off this
station; what had happened was that the two experiments in time, exactly forty years apart, had connected to each other, which created a hole in Hyperspace,
which sucked Eldridge into it. He quickly told us what had happened, what was happening, because he had the final reports. It was a long story. How had this
happened? And he said, "Gentlemen, you need to go back and turn off the equipment at Eldridge; this has happened, according to our records, but it hasn't really happened y
"In one sense you were lucky; you got off the ship and fell here." The other person, by the way, is still on board,
enclosed in an energy bubble that surrounds the ship. He said, "This bubble in Hyperspace is expanding, and is going
to create some serious problems; we don't know how far this will go, if we don't turn it off. It could swallow part of the
planet." There was a lot of speculation; he realized that this was something they had no knowledge of, and they had to
establish control by shutting down the main element that was generating the field, and this was Eldridge. The Phoenix
Project - I'm not going to tell his story here, but at this moment, which happened to be the last day he was online, he
had the capacity, at that moment, I had had full time control for a year and a half for two years, and they could send us
back to Eldridge, which they did. They said, you have to do whatever it takes to shut down the equipment, crush it, if
necessary. We did it. We took the axes and smashed everything in sight. The backstage with vacuum valves, the
power switches, everything that formed the control circuit, and the generators stopped, they slowly stopped spinning,
until they stopped completely, and things started to recover and return to normal, i .is, the ship returned to its place in
the port. At the same time, another one after a passage of about three or four hours, at that moment, I stayed on the
ship. My brother actually decided, as I remember, that he had orders to return to 83, then he jumped on his rail again. It
ended in 83.
They boarded the ship; found, of course, the broken antenna. The equipment on the deck was intact. The equipment
below the deck, in the hole, was dismantled, as I said, and they saw the terrible state that the staff was in. Well, they
couldn't take the ship back with the people. They brought in another crew, and took the ship to base, and had

four-day meetings with von Neumann, Le Bon, Hal Bowen, Batchelor, and countless others. "Well, what do we do now".
So they decided that they would do another test, they would rebuild the equipment, but this time the test would be
without people on board, as they had done the first time with another ship. They would rebuild and redo the electrical
wiring at Eldridge. Then, at the end of October, they took the ship to the outermost part of the port, at night, took it with a
common crew, who soon left the ship. They had thousands of meters of cable, so they could turn on the equipment, and
they were hoping to be able to turn it off. At the appropriate time, around 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm Navy time, they turned
on the equipment and the ship immediately disappeared. Now, this leads to the legends, to the apocryphal stories of
Eldridge appearing in Norfolk, Virginia, port, and many people reported this, he was seen there for ten or fifteen
minutes, and disappeared. Then he returned to the port in Philadelphia. When he returned, they didn't have to turn the
equipment off, as it was already turned off, and half of it was gone. They saw that two transmitting cabinets and one of
the generators had disappeared. The control room was in smoking ruins. Nobody had done that, but it was like that. The
Navy concluded that it was something they knew nothing about, and they decided to totally discard the project, at that
point. They sent Eldridge back to the shipyard, removed everything, refitted it like a normal ship, which he was, and he
was sent to sea like a normal ship, with a normal captain,
He had a normal action at sea during the war. In 1946, he was anchored and left to moths, along with many other ships.
In 1950, President Truman transferred about fifty destroyers to Greece and other European nations. Eldridge was one
of them. He went to the Greeks. The Navy renamed it the Lion. The Navy had repeated problems with all of them, and
they had to strip, repaint and refit them, and other than that they had no more problems. He may still be on duty in the
Greek Navy, as far as I know. They don't discard ships as fast as we do. But they also inherited the Eldridge logbook,
the Eldridge logbook. As maritime laws state, the logbook must go with the ship. Well, he did. When they opened it,
they found something very interesting. All pages of the diary prior to January 1, 1944 were missing, and there was no
story of what had happened to the ship. As far as the logbook is concerned, the Greeks could not do anything about it.
They could not complain to the Navy, otherwise it would no longer do them the favor of giving leftovers to them. So, this
was the end of the Eldridge saga.
The project was closed. At this point, there is another interesting aspect that I forgot to mention, and that appears in
the whole story. Approximately six days before the final Eldridge test in August, which was a complete disaster, three
UFOs appeared on Eldridge. At what altitude, I don't know. I don't remember seeing him. My brother saw him, as did
other people. And they stayed there, immobile. Now, what they were doing, we know nothing, only that they were
there, watching. At the time of the test, when the ship disappeared into Hyperspace, one of those UFOs disappeared
with it. He was locked up underground in Montauk. It was sucked through Hyperspace, and ended up underground,
intact! It was later dismantled.
Now, after the project was closed, von Neumann moved, of course, to Los Alamos, New Mexico, because he
went to work with Oppenheimer on the Bomb project

Atomic. The project was a success, of course. They also had problems, but there is no need to talk about it. And the
dispute that had existed for several years between the Navy and the Army, over whose secret weapons would be used
to win the war, was won by the Army and the Atom Bomb project. Leslie Groves spread this. We can only speculate,
now, on what might have happened if the Navy test had been successful: they probably would have received all the
funds, and they probably would have shipped parts of the equipment to all Navy ships, and maybe even the Navy
Merchant, because she was also very interested at the time. A gentleman by the name Carl Allende, commonly called,
according to the stories that has been circulating for years, "Carlos Miguel Allende", he was an observer on the SS
Furuseth, a merchant ship at the time of that test in August. Many stories are told about him; he has been interviewed
many times, and certain things do not stick, in the stories he tells. He may well have been there, but no one has yet
discovered his true story.
In 47, the Navy decided to reopen the project. In the meantime, a small reorganization of the entire military structure
took place. The Ministry of Defense was created, you had the Ministry of the Army, the Ministry of the Navy, the
Ministry of the Air Force and this happened in 1947. You had Chiefs of Staff, Deputy Chiefs of Staff, and, of course,
the huge building called the Pentagon. Well, the Navy infrastructure has changed, and a lot of uniformed people have
been renovated. Some of them came to the Office of Naval Research, and said to dr. von Neumann, "we are going to
reopen this project, 'Project Rainbow' (Project Rainbow). Find out what really happened, and see if there is anything in
it that we can save".
So he did it, I mean, he started doing it, and I was called to Los Alamos, to a place called Camp Hale, Colorado, in the
company of Dr. Vannevar Bush; and what was he doing? He and Vannevar Bush were on the scientific team in charge
of recovering the wrecked UFO at Aztec, New Mexico, in 1947. This was totally unbeknownst to me, because, in the
meantime, the Navy had leaned against me; and he went there again in 1948, due to another crash, or two UFO
crashes; all the bodies were dead in these cases. In 1949, there was a fall and the UFO was more or less intact, and
they recovered one alive. He was called "EBE-1", and was found wandering the fields. They captured him, and took
care of him, and tried to find out what made him "work". They communicated with him or him. They could not determine
their individual sex. They called the doctors, because he was obviously not well. He was getting worse every day. The
doctors could not do much for him, they did not know what was wrong. They called a botanist, a PhD in botany. He
found what was wrong. That boy had CHLOROPHYLL in his veins. He was about five feet tall. He looks like those
described as the little gray ones (Gray), except that he was not a gray one. But he had chlorophyll in his veins, and he
lived on sunshine. So they had to keep it in the sun, at least part of the time. And the rest of the time they kept him
hidden, and they also kept him well guarded, because he had a very strange characteristic: they discovered not only
that he was completely telepathic, and able to communicate with his peers, members of his group, but they also
discovered that he had a very strange and interesting property - he could walk through the walls! Then they found out
how they could handle it. They kept him in a Faraday cage most of the time, and it turned out that this became the way
to transport them, them and those who later turned out to be the gray ones. And this is another them and those who
later happened to be the gray ones. And this is another them and those who later happened to be the gray ones. And

story I don't want to go into, but nevertheless, he was captured alive and eventually died within a year and a half to
two years later. They took a lot of information from him.
But before he died, a lot of strange things happened. He communicated. I was told, by someone who was in the
government, that he laid the foundation for the modern transistor for dr. von Neumann and dr. Vannevar Bush. Whether
this is true or not, I don't know, because Bell Labs had already announced the transistor in 1947. But this was a different
device. It was a germanium tablet, with very thin connecting wires, and, of course, it was developed from there, if you
are familiar with the history of transistors. But, supposedly, he gave them the information and croques for a more
rudimentary transistor, based on their own communication systems, which was not understood - nothing was
understood, on board their ships. But he also spoke to dr. von Neumann about your problem. The problem with
Eldridge, and how basically, he could solve it. He wouldn't tell you exactly how to solve the problem, but he did tell you
what was wrong, give him some clues, and said, "you have to go back to the drawing board and solve it yourself. I won't
solve it for you! ".
He did it, finally, around 1949, after 'doing his homework' and after studying a lot of metaphysics [occult]. You can
imagine a big-headed mathematician being forced to study metaphysics and occult subjects; at first it was hateful to
him, but eventually he became quite well versed in the subject, recognized the problem and went to work on it.
Now, what was the nature of the problem that he finally came to grips with? It was really basic. The ship returned to
its reference point because it had a Zero Time Generator, the reference of the system that would bring it back. That
remained intact; it was the generators and some other equipment that were destroyed, but that zero reference device
brought the ship back to its original reference point, despite the fact that it was moving slightly in time.
Humans are born, or, I would say, not only are they born, but at the time of conception, as he discovered in his
research, with his own TIME KEYS. Now, you would have to get into very obscure physics, I will put aside math and try
to simplify. We do not live in a universe with three dimensions. We live in a universe with five dimensions. The fourth
and fifth dimensions are TIME. The fourth dimension, of course, has often been mentioned by Einstein and others. The
fifth dimension concept appeared in 1931, in a book by PD Auspinski [Ouspensky], "Tertium Organum, a new model of
the universe", in English. And he spoke of five dimensions in our reality. He calls the fourth time; he never came to
name the farm.
But von Neumann realized, as it is known today by some physicists, that the fifth dimension is also time; it is a rotator,
a vector, that revolves around a first primary vector, which indicates the flow and the direction of time. The flow is
immaterial. We can say that it is moving forward in time, and this is because of its appearance, and our reference. We
do not feel time, but it flows at a reasonably stable rate. And this other vector rotating around you, does not concern us
... normally.

However, each person, at the time of their conception, is given a set of keys, if you wish (it is part of the genetic
structure), to the point in time to which that individual is linked by conception, so that that individual flows with time
and he is born and lives a life that is linked to everything around him, everything he comes to know, all his friends,
family, school, whatever, and he does not slide forward or backward of this reference point [in time] that is used for it.
That is usually the case.
In the case of the experiment with Eldridge, the power was so gigantic that it broke this temporal reference of those
individuals who were directly exposed to the fields, that is, those who were on the deck. They lost their time reference. Once
the ship had returned, that was when the problem started. As long as he was in Hyperspace and the generators were turned
on, they would be locked up inside the field. As far as I know, no one else got off the rail except for the two of us. In
retrospect, I wonder if we really did that, but nevertheless we did it, and the events that happened did happen. When the
fields collapsed, those individuals, having lost their correct time reference for that point, and who were safe and contained by
the field, were adrift. Some of them slid completely out of reality, others stayed on their sidelines, and were lucky if they
managed to set foot on deck, and some slid and finally materialized, as it did, two on deck, two on bulkheads, and one with
their hand on the wall, and this was due to the fact that they had lost their time reference, and they slid, and it happened to
slide back. Some never came back at all! Others, strangely, repeatedly disappeared and rematerialized! and it happened to

And there were those strange cases of those who were on fire, just as in the biblical story of the burning bush that was
not consumed. There were several individuals in this condition. The Navy spent a fortune on electronic equipment to
correct the problem. Eventually, they did, more or less. But everyone was quarantined for a long time.
The Navy will never admit that this experiment took place. The Navy did a lot of inquiries. The Ministry of the Navy
issued many standard letters, denying that such an experiment had taken place. They did not deny the existence of
Eldridge, but they did deny that the experiment had taken place. And in 1979, when William Moore and Berlitz wrote
his book and distributed it, Moore estimated that the Navy had spent a total of two million dollars by then only
answering questions about the Philadelphia Experiment, with standard letters that were sent. They still deny that it
happened.
In any case, von Neumann did his homework, realizing that he needed a computer to solve staff-related problems.
Then he went back to the drawing board, as they say, for the Institute, and he developed the first completely electronic
computer. At that time there were no electronic computers. Von Neumann is the father of the modern electronic
computer. This is well known and well documented. By 1950 he had something working, and in 52 they already had a
complete model working, and books are still on the Institute's shelves, (most?) Of their development was with Dr.
Goldsten, who is still in Philadelphia, whose connection with the Institute was recent. I talked to Goldsten. And in 53,
he approximately released a new system for the Navy, with a computer,

Precisely what he did, I don't know. But they conducted another test with a different ship, a different crew, with
total success, no side effects. The Navy was elated. Of course, the war was over, but they immediately classified
this project, gave up the name "Rainbow Project", and reclassified it as "Project Phoenix".
From there, they developed other systems, other machinery, which enters very sensitive areas; I will not enter into this
publicly. But many things came out of that. Among them several medical studies, at least four medical reports have
been written. I know of them through George Hoover, who was part of the commission of the Office of Naval Research
that investigated the matter when he came up again in 55 (due to the "Letters from Allende" and the involvement of Dr.
Morris K. Jessup). But Hoover spoke to me on the phone, he is now retired and lives in California ¾ he said, well, of
course he realized, and he said, Moore didn't realize, that there were a lot of other projects going on at the time, and,
yeah of course, he knew about degaussing experiments.
He also said that, as a result of the Philadelphia Experiment, or Rainbow Project, a lot of medical studies have been
done. He said, never before in history had the human mind and body been subjected to such intense magnetic fields,
to such powerful electromagnetic fields. They did not know what the consequences would be. He said, they found, as
a consequence of those studies, that the consequences were enormous. He said, there were many valuable reports.
And there certainly was; many other things came from there. Well, the Navy eventually solved the problem, and von
Neumann stayed there.
What happened with me? What happened to my brother? I haven't forgotten, but I'll leave this for last. My brother had
returned to 1983! Shortly after he lost his 'time keys' due to an accident, he aged very, very quickly, at the rate of one
year an hour. He died within a few days. They tried to keep it alive with other machinery that they had developed. But
they failed, and he died. But it was very important, for reasons I will not quote now, to keep him alive. So, whether you
accept the metaphysical point of view or not, I was allowed to help you. Because I was back at 43, and there was some
traffic coming and going due to Montauk, who was still online for a period of time. Go back to the father and say, 'Hey
man, get ready, we need another son, something happened to Duncan'. So a new son, the last, was born in 1951, and
from 83 his soul walked into the body, on August 12, 1963. It had to be on August 12. And he is the man you saw in that
picture today. He has the memory of all things, more or less. There are holes and there are flaws.
There is another element involved in this, why the two ships get stuck. Had that experiment not been conducted on
August 12, if it had happened on August 10 or 14, or if so, in July, considerably earlier, or had been postponed, say to
September, and we would never have been stuck to the Fênix Project. Because? There is a fundamental point involved
here. It is not only men who have biofields; this is very well documented today. They start at birth. But planet Earth has
its own set of biofields. This was discovered very recently, approximately in the last decade. Four of them, and they
peak at every twenty years. Guess what day? On August 12, 1963, 1983, 1943, you can go backwards or forwards,
always twenty years.

coupling, and this is what happened due to the culmination of dates of the two experiments, on August 12, and the rise
of the maximum biofields on Earth at this time. The energies were sufficient to create the field in Hyperspace and the
coupling, which would not otherwise have happened, and Eldridge slid into it together with the UFO, and all of this came
to pass. This is all recorded in the Navy documents, in the Navy archives. They have not lost them. I know they exist, I
know people who have had access to them, and that's why I know they exist. And they don't want to release the story,
they don't want the public, even today, to know how disastrous it was.
Now, there is an interesting, we can say, 'post mortem' anecdote of this story. William Moore, writing his book (and by
the way, as I will show, there were two books written. The first one was published in 1978, "Thin Air", it was a fiction, it
was written by two people I never heard of, George E. Simpson and Neil R. Burger. We have no idea who they are.
There are no credits in the book to say who the authors are, it is a standardized publication, and has long since
disappeared) ... About a year to a year and a half later came a more definitive, nonfiction book (at least, there was no
intention of being fiction), written by Berlitz and Moore, basically by William R. Moore, entitled "The Philadelphia
Experiment", originally bound, and then, of course, in brochure. he became quite popular, they have sold more than ten
million copies so far. I don't know who is printing it now, but it is a co-edition.
Moore, in his research, could never extract the exact date of the last experiment; he never had any notion of the
"Phoenix Project" or the coupling, or the real nature of the disaster. He interviewed dr. von Neumann. He interviewed
him, and called him "Dr. Reinhardt", in the book. In a very interesting way, they also interview a dr. Reinhardt. Someone
with the same name! The Doctor. von Neumann.
Von Neumann is not dead! He's still alive, on this date. The Navy and government official records say he died of cancer
in 1957. Well, if he had cancer, which I don't know, if he had they found a way and a way to cure him. They did. They
needed him close by. They kept it in the project. He was the director of the Phoenix Project until 77, when he developed
a very pronounced separate personality [schizophrenia?], Which became worse over time. And he resigned his position
as director of the project, and another took over, dr. Herman C. Unterman, from Germany. And he became a consultant.
He is not dead, he still lives, but now he has totally split his personality, and usually the alter-ego, a Mr. Howard E.
Decker, who is well known in New York as an electronic scrap dealer, he is the only person now showing himself, in the
same body. I spent three hours talking to Howard Decker, so I know that the man is alive, at least until November 1989.
And these pictures were taken at his home, on this date, and show him in pretty bad shape. He has become, we might
say, a terrible homemaker, ever since his wife died.
The whole thing died, and resurfaced in essence with the Phoenix Project. My brother had been reborn. I was sent to
83. They decided that they didn't want me around anymore, for whatever reasons. And they touched me. A complete
brainwash established a new personality, cast me back into the past, and I became Alfred Bielek. With new parents, a
fake birth certificate and a complete history of coverage hanging together, and memories, which may or may not be
completely

true, but nevertheless, they are there. I was well indoctrinated. I didn't have the slightest idea that I had ever been
involved in the Philadelphia Experiment, let alone the Phoenix Project, at least sometime in 86. The reason I
remembered it was because I revisited Long Island, which a long time ago left. I went to Montauk, with some friends.
Eventually, some of the memories started to come back. They said, "You were part of this". I said, "No, I didn't."
Eventually, I remembered that it had been.
But in January 88 I started to remember the Philadelphia Experiment, and my memory has only grown since then. My
brother remembered, too. And this was a horrible waste, I would say, of an academic career that I once had. The pieces
gradually came together. But the basic personality now remains quite stable as Al Bielek, and Edward A. Cameron's
memories come and go, but they are much more there now, particularly from previous years, and that go on and on
throughout the experiment. From 43 to 47, a good part is blank. I don't know what else happened. Except that I know
that in 47 they decided that I was no longer useful. In fact, they got rid of me. So this is basically the story of what
happened.
But there is another interesting anecdote that William Moore discovered in his research: he was also interested in
UFOs; in 1975, at the end of december, or the beginning of january 76, he went to visit a family in Canada, who, i
believe it was on september 12, had met with a ufo in the province of ontario. A very ordinary farmer. He was driving
home one night in his truck, and found a UFO parked on the highway, taking the side he was going to pass. There was
no one, no light, nothing. He looked at that, "what the hell is this?", And swerved the other way, and what did he do? He
practically ran over a ufonaut, who should have been about five feet tall, in a silver suit, who was in the middle of the
highway. He slammed on the brakes, barely hitting him;
Approximately on December 12th, according to Moore it was on this date, this family, came to have a lot of annoyances with neighbors, due to UFOs that
continued to appear in the area. They came looking for souvenirs and everything, and they didn't know what else to do to keep things at peace. They were
visited by three high-ranking officers, one of Canada's Armed Services (Canadian Armed Services), representing the province of Ottawa; a Pentagon Air Force
general; and a Navy officer from the Office of Naval Intelligence. They apologized to them. They said that what had happened, should not have happened.
"Well, what do you mean, that shouldn't have happened?" "It was an accident". "Well, what do you mean by accident?" "Well, it shouldn't have happened. We
were sent here to apologize formally, and to answer any questions you may have. What would you like to know?" This was probably one of the few times the
government did this, and they said, according to William Moore's account, that they had their questions answered during the next two hours or more. And
among all those unexpected revelations from the Office of Naval Intelligence, the officer made a very interesting comment. He said, "Oh, we've been in contact
with ETs since 1943. It was due to an accident in an experiment the Navy was doing at the time, about invisibility!" and to answer any questions you may have.

Question: Did the government do any invisibility tests with airplanes?
Answer: The experiment has expanded. They tried in 1948, the Naval Air Force (Naval Air Armed) tried to see if they
could get this project to work before von Neumann resurrected his on a plane. They had an F-80 available for this.
They connected him with some lighter equipment. Well, you don't need tons and tons of equipment on an airplane, so
they've shrunk you. They put a system on board the F-
80, put a pilot and radio control on the ground, went to a certain area and turned on the equipment, and after it was
invisible to the radar for a certain period of time, they turned it off. Everything was great. They returned to the base.
They said, ok .. Well, it looked like it had been. But they weren't sure about that!
They quarantined the officer, the pilot and the plane for about a year. About a year later, they said, "Okay, take him up
again, but we're going to send an observer with you this time. And we're going to try this again in the same area." So
they went up and everything went well until they turned on the equipment. The pilot disappeared and was never seen
again. The observer was not a trained pilot for an F-80. He couldn't control the plane, and it crashed. The observer's
body was recovered, but the pilot's body was never recovered. So, this was the end of attempts to use an airplane, at
least at this stage. Since then, I understand, they have made the equipment small enough to put it on a big plane. But
this is highly rated.
Question: Could you tell if there are any experiences [being done] in time travel?
Answer: Yes. It has been done, and this is again knowledge highly classified by the government, but it has definitely
been done. Time travel exists. Do you have a question?
Question: This was one of my questions, whether time travel exists. But does it still exist? Are they using it? Do
you know this?
Answer: It still exists, and that is all I will say.
Question: When you were talking about the ship's invisibility, you said that the first experience was great, and the
second was the one in which you disappeared. What do you mean, I think I meant it, both invisibility in itself and
invisibility to the radar was achieved, even the first time?
Answer: This is correct. In terms of machinery, it was a success. In terms of personnel it was not, it was a complete
disaster. Now, a little bit was not a complete disaster in the first

July 22 test, it wasn't too bad because they changed the crew, and realized that there was a serious problem. The
second test could have been a complete success if they had not attached it to the Phoenix Project; this in terms of
machinery. But it was a complete disaster, both in terms of machinery and personnel.
Question: You said that they had to get your brother back. This was something only of their personal knowledge,
that they still needed it, or was it a kind, a grid similar to the time, or the common enthusiasm that could be heard
from them, or did the scientists let it go, or was it something they invented?
Answer: He needed to come back for reasons that are extremely sensitive, but he had to stay alive as much as I and a
third guy. The only way to say this, is that if he had died and was not reborn after the equipment and projects came to
an end, there could have been a very serious problem. So, we were stabilizing the factors, I will put it this way, and I will
not go beyond this point. But he had to be alive, and he is alive.
Question: Were you excited about traveling through time and changing something that happened? Could this cause
something to recur?
Answer: Enthusiasm, you could call it that. I don't know if there is a term or expression that you have seen, that
describes it as you saw it, or read it somewhere. I can't really answer that with a yes or no. I do not know.
COMMENT: Ah, you couldn't do it! There is! There is! There is!
Answer: Forgiveness?
COMMENT: You couldn't answer that because you probably wouldn't know. This is because, if something serious
really happened, you couldn't be here to tell us!
Answer: That's right. Something very serious happened, of course; this trip was not a tour.
Question: Assuming that the government is testing technology of this nature, I want to know why it is not putting it to
help the planet, to help the public and everyone on this planet. We have so many difficult problems, and they are not
using any of this to help. Because?
Answer: Well ... to answer this question, I will have to give you an answer in two parts:
1- We have had a double technology for at least a century, maybe more, in which there are technological
developments that have been denied to the public, and that have remained in the hands of a controlling elite, if you
will, for at least a century , or maybe a century in a half, because this technological base dates back to 1800 or earlier.
And as far as why this was not released at the time, or is not now due to the problems we have. If you have the means
to do things, such as time travel, or to develop

new energy systems, or new communication systems, or travel to other planets; if you end these developments within
a small group, a controlling group, you can literally control the planet and humanity. And if you don't let the rest of the
audience know what's going on, you can then control it, from within this group.
2- There is another problem, called economic weakness. If you are going to release some of these new developments,
very quickly, and very early, you totally break our current economic base, which is based on fossil fuels, electricity
generation through wires and transformers and things like that, communications as we know them, jet planes as we
know them, and chemical rockets to take us to the moon. all of this is based on our current industry, our current society
and our current economy. You cannot replace it quickly overnight. On the other hand, you can destroy the economic
base. I am sure that this will be released in time. But it is not being released now. This is one of the reasons why you
cannot play with the economic base. And, what's more, those who benefit from this, in terms of gigantic profits, like oil
companies, they are not going to distribute their profits with us. This is just an example. It does not mean that there are
only these.
Question: Can you, with this technology, go back in time to, say, 1843?
Answer: You can go in the past as far as you want, or go into the future as far as you want, as long as the
equipment takes you there. Yes.
Question: Is this now also part of the Stealth bomber technology?
Answer: There are some rumors in this regard. This is a part of it. Yes.
Question: Did you say you had no memory of this until 83 or so?
Answer: 88.
Question: Ok. Where did the information come from for the book and also for the film?
Answer: The first book we don't really know. For the other, dr. Reinhardt, definitely identified as dr. John von Neumann,
who was interviewed and gave a lot of information. Where did the others come from? I do not know. They didn't get
very far in the files, because the Navy is not releasing them. How much information is lost out there, I don't know.
Moore walked a lot, and did a good job of research for us, under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), releasing
some of the information; he didn't really get much from the Navy, because the Freedom of Information Act was not in
force, I think, until about 1981. And he spent a lot of time trying to get what he could from whoever he met.
... : Ivan T. Sanderson, he never wrote a book on this subject, he died in 1973, he was very interested in the
Philadelphia Experiment itself; in fact, some of his material fell into Moore's hands, and that's where he got something.
But where he basically got the information, I don't know. Either interview, an interview somewhere by

phone with Allende and whoever it was. I never talked to Moore, I don't know where he got his source, or his sources of
information.
Question: How about the movie?
Answer: The film was produced by EMI Thorn. Thorn Industries has existed since some time between 1820 and 1830, in
the 19th century. It was an English industry that produced scientific instruments for England and Europe. It was taken over
in 1850 by the Wilson brothers, who inherited it from their mother. And they stayed there until the turn of the century, when
they died. Around 1980, late 70s, early 80s, I don't know the exact date, but there was a merger between Thorn Industries
and EMI Corporation. And this electronics industry, with the EMI label and discs, is well known in England, here, and around
the world. There was a merger. Who bought who? I do not know. And they decided they were going to make a movie. And
they decided that they were going to do the Philadelphia Experiment!
... : Now, during that period when they were filming, or maybe a little earlier, a certain friend of mine from Long Island
was asked, asked repeatedly, by a well-known actor, who became the film's director but who does not appear in the
credits . His New World Pictures logo is there, so I know who he is. My friend said that he asked thousands of questions
about the Philadelphia Experiment. He certainly knew a little, but he didn't know everything about it. We think he
provided the basic material for the film. And it wasn't just that! According to a rather bizarre story, which you may or may
not accept, in February 1989, I was in New York, along with my brother and a gentleman by the name Preston Nichols,
who gave a presentation to the New York Division (New York) York Chapter) of the USPA, the United States
Psychotronics Association, which has Clarence Robinson as president. He talked about Project Phoenix, I talked about
Project Philadelphia, and a private video tape was made of it. We knew someone was filming. And it was not to be
shown later.
The story that Preston told me a few months later was quite interesting. He said that around July, he was visited one
night in his laboratory. Someone knocked on the door, and said, "Preston Nichols?" "Yes"! I'm Bill ... tal & tal from EMI
Thorn Industries in England. I am chief of the archivists. I thought you would like to know the story. We have been

him a picture, taken from a family album, of Wilson brothers in 1890, in the company of a third person, Aleister
Crowley, who is well known in the metaphysical milieu, despite what you may think of him. He was apparently a heavy
investor in the corporation, and he lived until the 1950s; there was also a fourth person. The fourth guy was the face of
my friend Preston, looking about ten years older than he is now. He said, "We had this photo when we saw your
videotape, of you in New York giving your presentation; we knew we had finally found him." He said, "Can I have this
photo?" "Not". He said, "Well, what's the story?"
"The story is that Crowley said you weren't from that time (referring to 1890). You were from the FUTURE! And you
gave us the entire history of the Philadelphia Experiment, and it has been in our archives since 1890. We have already
we knew the story, and we had only recently decided "(this in 1983)" to produce it ".

Well, they went to the US government to ask to shoot on Long Island, because they knew that the other terminal was on
Long Island, in Montauk. The US government totally refused permission for them to come close to the place. It was then
that they went to Wendover, Utah, to the other terminal on 84, as they called it, experiment 84. I know Wendover, Utah,
because I worked in Salt Lake City, and visited it a lot; it is the old Wendover Air Force Base, which was used
extensively during World War II. But it was like this, believe it or not (Ripley * would love this), the story of how they got
the script, or the basic material for making the Philadelphia Experiment script. They decorated it, of course. He admitted
that. They added more things to make the story more interesting. The loving side, trips to California and everything. So,
a lot of it is fiction, but the basic story was a real fact, which they increased to make the film.
Question: You were a little reluctant to talk about other highly rated projects you met, but obviously the
Philadelphia Experiment is highly rated as well. Because?
Answer: In theory, the Philadelphia Experiment has been disqualified. There is a law, a statute that says that any government project that
is not classified, is automatically disqualified after forty years. Now, that experiment took place in 43, it was finished in 43, as a result, forty
years passed until 83. So, theoretically it was disqualified in 83. Now, any project can be disqualified, but the government has ways of
hiding references to it that exist in the files, so you can only find it if you know the appropriate numeric codes. Manuals or technical reports
may not be disqualified. There is a law that says, if it is in the interests of national security, technical reports and other information
pertaining to declassified projects may not be released. As a typical example, after World War II ended, a few years later, Norton K2
bombs began to be shown in war surplus stores in New York and elsewhere. They were selling them at prices ranging from $ 2,500 to $

Question: I have two questions. One of them has to do with his trip to the future, where he saw the doctor who was in
charge of the Phoenix Experiment, and who was also in charge of the Philadelphia Experiment. You knew you were
gone, and then you came back. You knew you were in the future, but at the time the doctor didn't know. Is this right?

what would happen. They requested a court martial immediately afterwards. They were removed from their posts, and

And he figured prominently behind the scenes of the Philadelphia Experiment, because he developed the time equations of a previously done job, and they are
fully classified. You will have a lot of work to find your books. He wrote a book entitled "Ordinary Differential Equations", published by McGraw Hill, I believe in
1974. I have all the data, if you are interested. I have the usual names, titles, and numbers from the books. But I never met them at any of the bookstores in
Phoenix. Finally, on my last trip back to the East, I went to Princeton. I mean, if they exist anywhere, it can only be in Princeton. Well, they had them, on the file

seems a little ridiculous, that we spent so much on each aircraft, because we thought it would work perfectly, it proved
that this works perfectly, they couldn't have moderated (?) this now, and cut costs tremendously ?.

Africa, all radars were operational at the time. None took the planes across Africa. They hit Entebbe by surprise,
without any warning. They had systems to block the radar.

This seems to have been the end of the conference. The hostess who conducted the conference thanked Mr. Bielek for
spending his time there, and shared the information he had about the Philadelphia Experiment. This was the end of this
tape.
There was a tape before this one, from December 1989, as mentioned above in Alfred Bielek's transcript. It looks like
EMI Thorn made this videotape. If it exists, and someone has the right connections to receive this tape, please

One more thing, if you think about trying to locate this person. As mentioned before, Preston Nichols looks like he's
going to take a trip through time himself! From the transcript, as I understand it, he was visited in 1983-84 by a
representative of Thorn EMI. In the photo, he looked about ten years older. Very well, we are now in 1991! About ten
years after 1983-84, he had this visit from EMI! Very soon, this man, Preston Nichols will be going on some time
travel. If we can join our efforts, and try, or locate this man, or Mr. Bielek, we can finally get to the bottom of the truth
of these forty-eight years of mystery.

The current videotape from which this document was transcribed was for sale in Phoenix, Arizona, at a bookstore! As I
understand it, the bookshop owner was at the UFO conference, and recorded it. The quality of the tape is very poor, but
it doesn't really matter. What is important is the conference itself. I hope the author of this tape doesn't mind that I

I'm not sure of Duncan Cameron's whereabouts, but I believe he still lives on Long Island.
William Moore, who was "excommunicated" a few years ago, if so, by a part of the UFO research community
because of some doubts about his credibility, is currently editing a magazine called FAR OUT! A recent issue
contained articles on Groom Lake / Area 51, T. Townsend Brown, the legend of the "Jersey demon", and various
brushstrokes about UFO mysteries.
There is another videotape out there, called "The Truth About The Philadelphia Experiment", available through Bill
Knell of Long Island Skywatch, Flushing, NY. This is the tape that introduced me to the Bielek / Cameron / Nichols
version of Exp. Fil. It contains the same information, as far as Bielek's account is concerned, but it goes a little further
on the supposed "Project Phoenix" on the radar base at Montauk Point on Long Island, and how that project
supposedly grew out of a synthesis of Exp. Fil., Wilhelm Reich's "climate control" devices, and the development of
Radiosonde transmitters by Brookhaven National Laboratories (Brookhaven National Labs) in Long Island during the
1950s. (Preston Nichols is the narrator, on this tape).

Also, Brad Steiger, known in ufologists' circles for many years, wrote a book entitled "The Philadelphia Experiment &
Other UFO Conspiracies", in which Al Bielek's story stands out. The book was published by Timewalker Productions, c.

Finally, Nichols himself published (or his story appeared in) a book called "The Montauk Project" - which I am still
waiting to receive by mail, so I cannot give any details yet.

The current Human Government of the Earth is no longer exercised by the elected political leaders, neither in the
USA, nor in any country of relevance of the first and second worlds.

As has been said, the infinite universe, with all its endless possibilities, has civilizations that, despite the surprising

Planets with a mild atmosphere and climate, conducive to the development of life in the third dimension, are rare in the
galaxy. For beings who desire nothing more than material life in the third dimension, Earth is an envied paradise. The
destruction that we cause with our wars, the continued disrespect for nature and our life, increasingly based on
materialism, gave rise to this negative environment, which discouraged the benevolent extraterrestrials, who protect us,

peoples (Grays and Reptilians).
Reptilians are more practical and warriors and, as they already have a privileged genetic load, they are interested
in our planet only as a habitat for their people. This would mean a domination by force, enslavement or elimination

The Grays, according to galactic guides, have bodies with a genetic load of inferior quality, when compared to that of
humans; they do not have a reproductive system and they only multiply by means of genetic cloning and they also do
not have an effective digestive system, feeding on skin absorption. The strategy of the Grays, based on the history of
the planets colonized by Lyrian migrants, who were once their victims, is that of mental control, both of our rulers and
the masses. Together, they begin a process of population hybridization, with alteration of their genetic profile and
finally, when the time comes, they dominate the entire planet, enslaving humans and transforming the human
population into Tall Grays hybrids. Little do they know what awaits them, these presumptuous Illuminati.

Some cling to a fictitious rapture. An event in which kind beings, from other star systems, would come with their gigantic
spaceships, save us from cataclysms, taking the entire earth population to safety. I say: forget it. There is not enough
fleet for this feat because we try to reproduce without planning or rules, just like rabbits, overpopulating the planet. And
even if it did, why would the benevolent extraterrestrials try to rescue a population that was carried away by amoral and
materialistic leaders? Where would they take us? For your planets, where would we likely pollute and degrade?
