"If you all depend on Allah with due reliance, He

would certainly give you provision as He gives it to
birds who go forth hungry in the morning and
return with full belly at dusk"

‫ﻚ ِﻏﻨًﻰ ‪،‬‬ ‫ﯾﻘﻮُل رﱡﺑُﻜﻢ ‪ :‬ﯾﺎ اْﺑَﻦ آَدَم ! ﺗَﻔَﱠﺮْغ ﻟِﻌﺒﺎدﺗِﻲ ‪ ،‬أﻣ ْ‬
‫ﻸ ﻗْﻠﺒَ َ‬
‫ﻚ ﻓَْﻘًﺮا ‪،‬‬

You gain no victory or livelihood except through
(the blessings and invocations of) the poor
amongst you.

Tip #10: Making Aakhirah our
Focus
Whoever is focused only on this world, Allah will confound
his affairs and make him fear poverty constantly, and he
will not get anything of this world except that which has
been decreed for him. Whoever is focused on the Hereafter,
Allah will settle his affairs for him and make him feel
content with his lost, and his provision and worldly gains
will undoubtedly come to him

‫ﺖ أَْرُﺟﻠِِﮭﻢ ۚ◌ ﱢﻣْﻨﮭُْﻢ أُﱠﻣﺔٌ ﱡﻣْﻘﺘَ ِ‬
‫ﺼَﺪةٌ ۖ◌ َوَﻛﺜِﯿٌﺮ ﱢﻣْﻨﮭُْﻢ‬ ‫ِﻣﻦ ﻓَْﻮﻗِِﮭْﻢ َوِﻣﻦ ﺗَْﺤ ِ‬

Tip #12: Enjoining Salaah Upon
Family

Whenever Prophet Muhammad’s family went through a

hardship or financial difficulty, he would command them to
pray and would recite:
َ ُ‫ﺼﻼِة َواﺻﻄَﺒِﺮ َﻋﻠَﯿﮭﺎ ۖ◌ ﻻ ﻧَﺴﺄ َﻟ‬
‫ﻚ ِرزﻗًﺎ ۖ◌ ﻧَﺤُﻦ‬ َ َ‫َوأُﻣﺮ أَھﻠ‬
‫ﻚ ﺑِﺎﻟ ﱠ‬
‫ﻚ ۗ◌ َواﻟﻌﺎﻗِﺒَﺔُ ﻟِﻠﺘﱠﻘﻮٰى‬
َ ُ‫ﻧَﺮُزﻗ‬
• Point of caution: Putting effort, but without
allowing oneself to be distracted

Tip #13: Remembering Allah
with ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن ﷲ وﺑﺤﻤﺪه‬
There are two statements that are light for the tongue to
remember, heavy in the Scales and are dear to the Merciful:
'Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan-Allahil-Azim
[Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, (and) Allah, the
Greatest is free from imperfection]
• Excellence of using these words to remember
Allah
• Incident with Juwairiyah bint Al-Hartih, ‫رﺿﻲ ﷲ‬
‫ﻋﻨﮭﺎ‬

Tip #14: Getting Married
• Yeeaaaaahhhhh! J
Obey Allah in His commanded about getting married; He
will fulfill His promise for you to enrich you. He (Allah)
said, “If they are poor, Allah will enrich them out of His
grace”. (Tafsir Ibn Kathir)

I am surprised at the one who seeks enrichment without

getting married, while Allah ‘azza wa jall has said…(the
Ayah above) (Umar ibn Al-Khattab)

Repay Debt
Whoever takes the money of the people with the intention
of repaying it, Allah will repay it on his behalf (Hadeeth)

Miscellaneous Good Deeds

Allah is responsible for three: if they live, they will have

enough, and if they die, they will enter the Garden. Allah
Almighty is responsible for whoever enters his house , saying
'Peace'. Allah is responsible for whoever goes out to the
mosque. Allah is responsible for whoever goes out in the
Way of Allah

Miscellaneous Good Deeds

Allah is responsible for whoever struggles in the way of

Allah; and Allah is responsible for the one who sits in
house without backbiting anyone; and Allah is responsible
for the one who visits a sick; and Allah is responsible for
the one who goes to the Masjid in the morning or the
evening; and Allah is responsible for the one who comes to
the Imam to support him (Hadeeth)

‫ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﺎﳾ‪ ,‬وأﺻﻠﺢ ﱄ آﺧﺮﰐ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﺎدي‪ ,‬واﺟﻌﻞ اﳊﻴﺎة زﻳﺎدة‬
‫ﱄ ﰲ ﻛﻞ ﺧﲑ‪ ,‬واﺟﻌﻞ اﳌﻮت راﺣﺔ ﱄ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﴍ‬
