In my own experience pupil cut classes because they feel that they do not need the education their

current level offers. The feel that their just wasting their time attending class and they will be much

needed somewhere else. Somewhere their classmates or friends are hanging out and doing things they

enjoy more doing rather than sit down inside the classroom and listen to their teacher. Some pupils are

It’s hard to think that even with the combined effort of teachers and the Department of

Education some pupils are still not interested when it comes to their studies. There are some

pupils who cut classes because of their individual reasons.

Sometimes putting ourselves in the situation of our pupils, make us understand more their

lives and way of thinking. We have to know what is running through their minds so we can give

them better options to choose from. They should also know the weight of their actions and its

corresponding consequences so that they would know what to do and what not to do.
