The goal of this program is to burn more calories than you take in.

The ideal way to burn more calories is to exercise 60-90 minutes a day. Which take a lot of effort. Or

Week one

*use a resistant band

*a set of dumbbells

*cardio (treadmill) or elliptical machine

Week 2

Continue to do those exercise and get adequate rest, start to reduce your calorie intake and water.
Week 3

Increase the amount of time you exercise, and continue to reduce your calories.

Week 4

Keep using week one workout equipment, and now add an exercise ball, and ride a bike (or stationary
bike)

First week start at 15 minutes a day

2nd week increase five more minutes a day

3rd week increase to 25 minutes a day

4th week do 30 or more minutes a day
