 STAND LEASE CONTRACT
Among the subscribers, namely: BOGOTÁ CHAMBER OF COMMERCE NIT:
860.007.322-9 domiciled in the city of Bogotá owner of the facilities located at Ak 68 #
49A - 47 which for the purposes of this contract will be called lessor, and the other
party LITTLE GIRLS SPA
, identified as Nit N ° 1.018.422.851-1, which for the purposes of this contract will be
called lessee, the following lease has been concluded, which will be governed by the
following provisions.
First object: The owner agrees to grant the use and enjoyment of the property located
in the city of Bogotá Cundinamarca Ak 68 # 49A – 47.
Second: Price of the lease and rental agreement. This contract will have a value of three
million pesos to be paid for the rental of the premises for 3 days.
Third Destination: The lessee agrees to use the property for the operation of a
commercial establishment in which only the SPA service will be exhibited, and cannot
transfer or sublet the property in whole or in part without the prior authorization of the
lessor, except in the cases indicated the period of contraction. The term of this contract
is three days from April 24, 2020.
Fourth Tenant's obligations: 1. Cancel the lease rate or price for the value and
punctuality established in this contract. 2. Return the property to CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE upon termination of this contract, or its extensions, in the same condition
in which it was received. 3. Perform the locative repairs. 4. Make the necessary
improvements when it is due to illegal or fraudulent acts carried out.
Fifth Contract creation: Failure to comply with the obligations required by law or the
contract, will lead to the contractor's compliance to complete the contract and demand
compensation for damages caused.
Sixth Subletting: The lessee cannot, without the express or implicit authorization of the
lessor, fully sublet the premises or real estate, nor give them in a way that damages the
lessor's rights to a destination other than that provided for in the contract. The Tenant
can sublet up to half of the properties with the same limitation. The assignment of the
contract will be valid when authorized by the lessor or as a consequence of the
alienation of the respective commercial establishment.
