In the research, we have found that over 10 types of fish, as a result of our

interviews a total of five of them in the Philippine Market regarding their daily
business and type of marine life product they sell. These different types of marine
resources has different amount of price per kilograms due to its sizes and freshness.
The types that they sell are product such as “dried prawn”, “dried fish”, “anchovies”,
“salted fish”, “dried squid”, “sea horses” and “sea cucumber”. From our observation
and according to some of the sellers, the most requested product by the customers
is dried squid while the type of marine species they sold mainly dried prawn, dried
fish, anchovies and salted fish. The price and net income they get from all the types
of marine products that their sell is not constant and always changing depending on
the weather, celebration and festive seasons. This will lead to the increase of
demand in their product and will cause their marine resources prices rose thus the
amount of income increases.
