 CHECK LIST FOR ULTRASO
Instructions

 Instruct user (doctors and Technicians ) to Freeze the machine when not in use .
 Try to be there on site at the time of PM ( Preventive Maintenance ) till the time engineer left site.
Try to inspect Ultrasound room on routine basis for cleriness around machine
Try to instruct user to hang the probe properly
There should not be bundle of wires and probe connectors
Cleaning of Fan Filter
Locking of machine tyres
Screen down at the time of shipment from one dept to another
Machine put to sleep mode and during off time switched off
Competent staff to operate machine / Avoid multiple untrained users to use machine
