This week we are focusing on Transitions.

here to help facilitate and encourage social emotional health and conversations for you and your child. Please do not feel
like it is another thing you have to do or get stressed about completing it.
Weekly Journal This week’s journal is designed to be used throughout the summer.
It has three mood trackers - one for each month, a summer bucket
list, a breathing techniques page, a mindful movements page, and
a gratitude list. With a little help, all students should be able to
enjoy the journal: HERE.
As always, if you need anything- food, ideas for how to best help your child, resources, anything at all,
