The method I would suggest is data provisioning using Smart Data Access

2. Can we use standard BW data sources to replicate data from S4 Hana ?

No, we have to setup SAP HANA Datasource (SDI) to load data into BW 7.5
It can be setup for 2 types of replication UPSERT and INSERT.

3. Can we use standard BI Content to extract data from S4 Hana ?

Yes;
 Traditional Business Content can be used (SAP_CONT) as it already
has the business logic.
 Traditional Extractors will continue to be used . CDS view extraction
for Transactional Data as again the view already has the business logic.

1. How to perform migration from BW 7.4 to BW 7.5 ?

The most efficient way to perform migration from BW 7.4 to Bw 7.5 on

Hana is using the Database Migration Option (DMO).
It combines SAP upgrade and database migration in one tool.

LSA ++ stands for layered scalable architecture as applied to BW on Hana.
