The St Jean de Brebeuf Athletics Club – Ateneo de Cagayan is a sports organization composed
of Xavier University’s Crusaders varsity teams and players. The Crusaders varsity players are
the official Xavier University representatives for external sports tournaments to be participated
in, both locally or nationally. This year, the Brebeuf Club will be hosting the Barkadahan 2020:
Duyogi, Dula-e, Dayawa mga ka-Atenista, an event dedicated to promote sportsmanship and
camaraderie among the different colleges of Xavier University. There shall be three (3) sports to
be hosted: Basketball, Volleyball, and Football that will be held at Xavier University Gymnasium
and Xavier Soccer Field on the weekends of 19 January 2020 – 8 February 2020. The
participating teams shall be a mixture
of the non-varsity athletes across the different colleges of Xavier University.
To help fund the expenses of the Barkadahan event, the Brebeuf Club would like to ask for your
kind support in terms of a firm partnership. Any amount will be appreciated, for it will surely go a
long way. We assure you that your financial support will be used approximately and solely for
furthering our interest in fair sports along with academic excellence. In return, we will be
recognizing you as our benefactor and partner in the programs within the week.
Attached to this letter is the complete sponsorship packages for your consideration. Please
inform us of your preference to our offers by 15 January 2020. Your kind donations will definitely
help in making our event successful and eventful. If you have any concerns and questions
