Brunch with the Artsy Bunch

Deadline: August 22, 2019 (during class)

Instructions
(1) Group yourselves into 3 – 4 members.
(2) Choose one artist whom you’d like to invite for brunch. Could either be
a. Visual Artist
b. Sculptor
c. Musician
d. Film Director
e. Architect
f. Photographer
g. Other artists
(3) Create a table setting for this person. Take note of his/her artistic style, contribution to
society, and other pertinent information about him/her.
(4) The table setting includes:
a. Placemats
b. Plate
c. Utensils
d. Glass
e. Table Napkin
f. Drawing of the food you’ll serve
g. Other things you see in a dining table
(5) Alternatively, you can use 3D modeling instead (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc)
(6) During the presentation, the other members of the class will ‘guess’ the name of the artist.

Criteria for Judging:

Accuracy to the portrayal of the artist – 30%

Design – 30%
Explanation – 40%
