meeting please send as a reply to the same as only those will be brought up for discussion in the acad
comm meetings in which we pick our stances.

Updates:

- A pass/fail system, on account of requiring the approval of the Academic Council, which it is unlikely to
give, and due to the fact that having the council meet and decide will take time delaying any decision
significantly, is not going to be considered further. There will be some form of evaluation+grading.

- In lieu of written end sems, we are looking into the possibility of submitting essays instead.

- these essays will explicitly require students to write only from course material, which are to be
sufficient to write said essays.. No extra credit will be given to those who write extra by the use of
additional resources.

- the submission dates are yet to be decided, but will be during quarantine. Those who cannot follow the
same due to domestic issues or mental health reasons will be allowed to submit the same after coming
back to campus.

- pen drives have been ordered and will arrive in 2 days. Course material will be sent to those with
access issues asap. This is your last chance to avail the same.

- Next semester's classes will begin as per schedule via online classes. This is so that semester schedule
can be preserved in order to allow for November internships.
