APPLICATION FOR PAROLE

APPLICANT JOHNSON SARENO thru counsel and to the
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:

1. That a decision was rendered in the instant case which

was promulgated on October 11, 2019 finding the accused
guilty beyond reasonable doubt for the crime charged to
suffer a penalty of six years and one day of prision
mayor as minimum to twelve years and one day of
reclusion temporal as maximum and to pay the private
complainant civil indemnity of Fifty Thousand Pesos
(Php. 50,000.00);

2. That applicant has been already detained in BJMP

Sorsogon City for ten (10) years. Thus he has completed
serving the minimum period of the penalty meted. Copy
of the Certificate of Detention is hereto attached;

3. That applicant possessed all the qualifications and

none of the disqualifications for application of
parole;

4. That applicant is still presently detained in BJMP

Sorsogon City;

5. In this regards, the applicant wishes that he be

allowed to avail the benefits of parole and be released
of detention considering that he already served the
minimum sentence.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most

respectfully prayed that after due consideration and

investigation, this application for parole be approved and
granted.

Such other relief just and equitable under the premises

is likewise prayed for.
