Community Protocols

Before the community visit:

- Students must be familiarized about the community to be visited.
- Students must provide contact details to each other or the facilitator to ensure constant
communication when a person gets missing.
- A first aid kit must be prepared, as well as a contact number to the nearest medical
facilities.
- All the needed materials must be checked and prepared.

During the community visit:

- Students must strictly follow the schedule to avoid time conflicts.
- Students must respect the community.
- Facilitators must constantly monitor the students.
- Students must ensure that the purpose of the visit is achieved.
- Students must not go away from the vicinity, and always keep irn touch with one another.
- Students must avoid going inside houses, unless necessary.

After the community visit:

- Students must clean up after the activity.
- Students must go to their respective transport vehicles to avoid confusion.
- Students must pay their respect to the community before leaving.
- Facilitators must check the attendance.
- Students must not leave in any other means except the provided transport service.
