But the Contractor refused to do so. That is one barrel should be equivalent to 200kg (not 16kg) and one group in the capacitor should be 3 pieces (not one piece) Therefore, we strongly advise you to comply the contract requirement and deliver enough quantity spare part and consumable listed above as per the contract requirement as soon as possible.
