2. Realizing that a group can become a high performance team is important.

Accomplishing this goal is invaluable, advantageous and profitable. Once able to
operate from a group to the high performing team is a great step into preparation
into the big business world. Leaders and members must also realize not only how
to accomplish this but that some problems will and can arise from different
demographic characteristics and cultural diversity. That is if one is in such a group,
which the probability would be quite high.
3. It makes our life easier than harder if we work as a group or as a team because
we don’t just work as one and working together has a big advantage than working
just by yourself alone.
4. Each of you need to learn your individual skills first because if you just start
instantly its going to be hard so when you know his/her skills its going to be
easier.
