Keep healthy is people’ duty to their body.

Many people like being healthy, but some of them


do not know how to do it in the right way. They just do what they have got from the internet
without considering and filtering the information that they got. As the result, it will bring them
to gain weight and have low level of healthy and body fit. There are many causes.

First, people like to eat junk food. In their opinion, junk food offers lower price with delicious
foods. In fact, one piece of junk food, for example hamburger, it has many calories which gain
weight and if it is consumed for many times, it is not really good for your health. To reduce this
condition, people can cook healthy foods and have regular exercises to keep their body more
healthy.

Second, the low level of knowledge about healthy and diet. Some people are keen to find the
information From many sources. They just follow and do what they got from the article which is
not trust enough yet. To solve this problem, people can add some knowledges by reading a
book which provide accurate information. The other solution is they can join health club that
will bring them to meet new people who have different experiences in healthy life style so they
can share their mind.

To sum up, being healthy is really necessary, but we have to do it more carefully because it will
bring a big consequences to our body and also affect our life.
