Having a job now a day depends on somebodies’ skills.

When they are capable do many things

perfectly, they will get a great job easily. Therefore, it does not feel right, when we compare
somebody with their gender rather than ability that they have. In fact, male and female are
equalled in many things specially in their profession.

Male is more dominant than female in physical strength or jobs which need physical strengths
such as electricians, logging, telecommunication and engineering. These jobs need human
power that is why male is more suitable to handle this kind of job.

On the other hand, female are needed in social service jobs such psychologist, teacher, nurse,
etc. These professions can be handled well by the woman because woman have strong emotion
which can relate to others emotion, so they can me a harmonic bound easily. This emotion will
create a better relationship with the one who contribute to. For instance, a female nurse who
has better interaction to understand Her/ his patient’s feeling. By following this interaction, it
will create a good result because the patient feels comfortable and happy with their treatment.

In conclusion, we can not exclude male or female from their jobs. Basically, they have their own
skills and they have a big influence in their filed as well. In addition man and woman should be
equalled. We can separate them or ignore them because of their gender. They have their own
right to get what they want on their life especially in choosing job.
