I would like to create a website that allows registered users to send emails to individuals or groups on a set schedule.

Deliverables Include:
1) Professional Looking Website with catchy graphics and standard sections such as FAQ, How To, Contact Us,
Copyright Notice, Standard TOS, etc.
2) Ability for users to become registered users
3) Ability to send emails to individual or group of individuals on a periodic basis
4) Registered user will be able to use frequency of reminder (very similar to Outlook's "Recurrence" screen, i.e.
choose daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reminders and time of reminder to be sent, start and end date)
5) Ability for recipient to opt-out of future emails (i.e. be removed from future emails either from 1) that user forever or
2) that specific reminder
6) Ability for recipient of email or registered user to set holds on emails if they will be away for a specific period of
time
7) Standard Templates for emails to be sent (Reminder to take medication, Happy Birthday, To-Do's, etc.)
8) E-mails sent to recipients will use registered users email addresses as the "From"
9) Ability for registered user to put in link in email that will lead them to a page on the website where the recipient can
mark the task(s)/reminder(s) completed (i.e. for medication (taking pills) reminders) for registered user to see
10) If possible, ability for registered user to see if recipient has read the email
11) Registered user can see all of his reminders with ability to edit or delete them
12) Full-functioning control panel for webmaster to be able to sort/search through registered users, reminders, etc.
and be able to edit or delete them.
13) Registration page for users should have a picture with characters that users will have to retype to ensure that
users are not computers/bots
14) Registered users can retrieve usernames or passwords if they forget them.
