Requirements:

Project:

- Develop master wiki site that supports mulitple niche wiki sites.
- Site must be made to be very user friendly for user and for administrator to enable fast easy content upload
- Site content to be protected from changes, requiring admin approval for changes and new content
- Site to be quasi informational and partly promotional with links to other sites of interest, thus template side
navigation and bottom of page navigation elements required to promote sites of interest

Please respond with expertise, example of prior work, time and rate to install and tweak wiki for novice content
