The Process –

Students should be notified via an email about academic interventions by Academic

How to call the students?

You are required to contact students via an audio call on the MSteams. Please type the
student id in the Search bar of MS teams and click on the audio call button –

been shared with you.

To avoid confusion, we have highlighted on the columns that you will need to focus on.

of who contacted, when and the comments on the columns I, J, K.

How to record information?

We must record these intervention meetings on the excel sheet as follows -.

1. Please add information in intervention conducted date – “Column I”

2. You must record interview details with student about their poor performance in the
task under “Notes to be added on FDLgrades” – “Column K”. This is very important step
and accurate details must be provided on SharePoint excel file.

3. If student misses the call, please add a comment on “Column K” stating – “Student
has missed intervention appointment at <time> on <date>” – and save it. In case the
student contacts you later for an intervention, this note can be edited.
