What you will be doing

You will join a team that works well together to provide care to adults in a Learning Disability unit,
supporting people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and
vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do
something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

Where you will be working

Healthlinc House is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division and provides care and
support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs. All of our services
are specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an
ordinary living setting. These allow for the development of daily living skills aimed at a move
towards more independent living.

We can offer you flexible working - you will work 12 hour days, on a 0 hour contract. At this site the
hours are 8am – 8:20pm and 8pm – 8:20am.

At Healthlinc we also offer shorter shifts which run from 8am – 2:30pm, and 2pm – 8:20pm.
