SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, spouses JOEMAR AND GRACE MINA UNABIA, of legal ages, Filipinos, do hereby
appoint, name and constitute EROGELIO CHATTO , likewise of legal age, married, with
residence at Bgy. Sto. Nino, Balilihan, Bohol, to be our true and lawful attorney in-fact
to act, for and in our stead, to do and perform the following acts deeds and things, to
wit: 

1. To facilitate and transact with government offices all applications related to the
acquisition of all necessary permits and certificates such as Certificate of Non Coverage
from DENR over a parcel of land covered by CARP Patent No. 071206-2011 , situated
at Bgy. San Isidro, Balilihan, Bohol including the business and improvements situated
thereon under such terms and conditions acceptable to my Attorney-in-Fact;

2. To sign, execute and deliver the necessary documents, facilitate the payment of

government fees covering such application including any and all documents that may
be necessary or required thereto and to facilitate inspection of said parcel of land and
improvements as required by the government offices concerned ;

3. To receive various documents, including the permits and certificates applied from the
government offices involved such as but not limited to BIR, DENR, LGU ; 

4. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to
carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
