Who Encourage You to Become a Leader?

A self -reflection poem by Wilmer Joel S Decano

Who told you to do that?

Isn’t it important?
Are you aware?
Are you responsible?
It’s a lifelong responsibility.

Here it is
I am not confident
But through the words of wisdom
Trials, experiences, challenges
Overcoming obstacles…
The question is why me?

We are your future!

Yes! I will…
We were born to be a leader
I was born to be a leader
But can I do the risk?

Like what Clarence Wildeboer said:

“Listening a leader,
Following as a Servant, partnering friendship.”
It is a calling not a selfish ambition.
It is a mission not your self-decision.

Fulfill your duties, not your own responsibility

Build trust, not creating different task
One vision, one goal, one achievement
It is a God’s will decision
Touching lives, touching many lives
A great leader is in your hand.
