The undersigned is presently conducting a research entitled “SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATORS


TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP AND TEACHERS’ TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
CORRELATES TO SCHOOL PERFORMANCE: INPUTS TO AN E-POLICY TO ENHANCE
TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION.” This study is in connection with the Doctor of Philosophy in
Education Major in Educational Leadership and Management program which this researcher is
pursuing.

One of the aim of the said study is to help improve the school heads technology leadership and
integrate it to the teachers. You have the assurance that the data that will be gathered from the
respondents will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

google forms and google meet due to pandemic crisis we are facing today to all school
administrators and teachers of all public senior high school in the Division of Marikina
City.
