Dear Residents,

The List of pending-payment/Untraceable maintenance amount has been

consolidated and has been finalized from July 2017 till December 31 st, 2018, to
the best of our efforts, as per the records available.

Residents might have paid the maintenance for the said period, we are not able
to map it to their respective flat numbers due to lack of information in the
transaction details, however if they can show the transaction details to the
committee the same will be updated in our records.

If the residents are aware of pending payment, please make the payments within
the given time window. The time frame for rectification and payment of the
same will be till Jan 10th 2019. Post this date the committee will reach out to the
residents for possible plan of action to be imposed, which will be as per our sale
deed and the bylaws.
