Novo Nordisk has been pioneer in health-science field for near about a century. It takes a lot of
efforts, innovation, disruption and leadership capability to sustain this long with pride. Coming from a
family, where both of my parents are diabetic, I have always noticed the pain the go through. And I
have always wanted to contribute in way that will cure people from deadly disease like Diabetes. On
top of it, Novo Nordisk is one of those organizations that have adapted to changes and innovated the
best ways to make the best medicines.

Pharmaceutical industry is one of most critical ones, since it is vital for saving lives. In my opinion,
the impact that someone can have on people’s lives working in this industry is far more fulfilling
compared to working in any other industry.

1. The 3 rotational stints: This program has been designed in such a way that the graduates will get
the maximum exposure to work challenges. Also the stints are based on three different location
enabling the graduates with the cross-cultural knowledge and practices. This is also critical in a

other global offices
