1. Make sure the ATK driver has been installed

2.ODM model is not supported ,The list of ODM model is as follows

The function of each part

1.Battery capacity percentage

The battery will not change when battery capacity percentage over 95%
Please discharge battery less than 95% before the test
Percentage= (Remain Cap/Full CHG Cap)╳100%

2. Temperature of battery
Please make sure that Temperature is lower than Over Temp

3. Battery life capacity

Life Cap= (Full CHG Cap/Design Cap) ╳100%

4. Battery cycle count

Battery manufacturer = Cylindrical

Cylindrical:
A Cycle count <=300 cycle, Life cap>70%,Status: PASS,
B Cycle count <=300 cycle, Life cap<70%,Status:FAIL
C Cycle count >300 cycle, Status: PASS.
Battery manufacturer = Polymer
Polymer:
A Cycle count <=600 cycle, Life cap>70%,Status: PASS,
B Cycle count <=600 cycle, Life cap<70%,Status:FAIL
C Cycle count >600 cycle, Status: PASS.

Battery manufacturer = Prismatic

Prismatic:
A Cycle count <=500 cycle, Life cap>70%,Status: PASS,

8.Cell Voltage

Make sure the voltage of each cell is over 3000mv ,Otherwise

the battery will enter FD mode(Over discharge), then you

should pre-charge the battery with in 30min~60min. If there is

any one cell's voltage is still not over 3000mv,the battery

should be identified as bad. And if the voltage of each cell is

under 2000mv , the battery should be identified as bad, it

don’t need to pre-charge for retest again.

9. SP Peck

''3P2S'' means the battery has the following structure(So the

cell voltage have 3 blank in the 9)

A Cycle count <=1000 cycle, Life cap>70%,Status: PASS,
B Cycle count <=1000 cycle, Life cap<70%,Status:FAIL
C Cycle count >1000 cycle, Status: PASS.

11. Commercial NB Battery's criteria

For example: PU451, B551, BU201, B451, PU401, PU301, BU401, P452,
P552, BU403, PU551, B400(BU400)
According to Life Cap
In warranty: If Life Cap <50%, it means FAIL.
12. Test model with out Gauge IC

If the model there don’t have Gauge IC (EXP: T100 series ,

T101/T102..), please only check Life cap, Cycle count, and Battery

status . And in warranty case ，the life cap should up to 70%, if not you

can confirm this battery is fail.
