Mechanical
1.) Installation of Potable water transfer pipe & pumps.
2.) Installation of waste water transfer pipe & pumps.
3.) Sump pump Installation.

Fire Protection
1.) Fire pump and jockey pump installation.
2.) Fire pro piping (sprinkler system) installation.
3.) Groove connections for Joints. (No welding)
4.) Seamless pipe for main riser. (ERW for the rest)
5.) Painted Pipe – OSM
6.) Pump Room equipment Installation
7.) Conduct all required testing for Fire protection system.

Ventilation
1.) Installation of fans and grills for lower ground floor windows.
2.) Installation of 3 blowers

 Smoke extraction
1.) Fire Damper Installation per floor.
2.) Ductwork Installation (18th floor only).

 Stair pressurization
1.) Fire Damper Installation every other floor.
2.) Ductwork Installation for the two (2) stairs.
Miscellaneous
1.) Painted Pipe – OSM
2.) Duct Fabrication – Contractor
3.) Material Bending – Contractor
4.) Small painting works (damage paint of pipe due to joint connection or etc.)

5.) Clamp hangers – OSM
