This is to confirm that the undersigned have no objection over the operation of the Batching
Plant located at____________________________________________
by the Abusag Bridge Contractor (Frey-Fil Corporation) on the condition that it will only
serve the RMC requirements for Abusag Bridge Project. Part of the Agreement, the Contractor
shall provide safety & health measures to minimize/eliminate hazardous components of the
operation most importantly the possibility of dust exposure within the minimum range of
affected areas specially the nearest houses/establishment to the batching plant.
