 * Quotation with any deviation in the specifications will be straight away rejected.
* Incomplete and late Quotations are liable to be rejected summarily.
* Commencement Date of Work (D): Within 10 days from the issue of the Work
Order.
* Quotation including Packing, Forwarding, Freight, Insurance, Mockup,
Manufacturing, Transportation and implementation charges.

2. Site Location:

Wastewater retaining structures of following plants in Dholera Special Investment

Region (DSIR):

(a) Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP)

(b) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

3. Bid Price:
3.1 The Bidder shall quote for items listed in the format of the quotation provided; they will
have to quote the best price in the industry.

3.2 Corrections, if any, shall be made by crossing out, initialing, dating and re writing.

3.3 All taxes including GST, duties, and other levies payable shall be included in the total
price.

3.4 The rates quoted by the bidder for each item shall be fixed for the duration of the
execution of the work and shall not be subject to adjustment on any account.

3.5 The Prices should be quoted in Indian Rupees only and rates will be inclusive of all
taxes including GST.

3.6 Payment will be made subject to deduction of Taxes and on submission of Tax invoice.

4. Specifications:

Application of two component high performance Pure Polyurea with excellent durability,
moisture ingress and elastomeric crack bridging properties that prolong the concrete
life: Pure Polyurea, Mechanical, Thermal, Chemical and weather resistant properties
with minimum elongation of 300%, tensile strength of minimum 22 Mpa and Shore A
hardness of 97, Shore D hardness of 46, Puncture resistance of 3378N, crack bridging
ability of up to 4.5mm and tear propagation resistance of minimum 76 N/mm.

The system shall consists of applying the waterproofing treatment to 2.1kg/sq.mt. The
coating is to be continued to a minimum of 300mm from slab level on to the Horizontal
vertical surface.

The Defect Liability for the works shall not be less than 15 years from the date of
completion of work.

5. Terms and Conditions:

5.1 Bidder shall provide necessary warrantee or guarantee of the work to the client.

5.2 Bidder shall be responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping during execution
of work.
5.3 Bidder shall provide daily progress report of work with photographs by mail to the client
or their representative.
5.4 Bidder shall provide a report on completion of work along with final BOQ and
photographs of work complete.
6. Time Line:

6.1 The work shall be completed within 90 days from the commencement date

7. Each Bidder shall submit only ONE quotation.

8. Validity of Quotation:

Quotation shall remain valid for a period of 60 working days after the deadline date
specified for submission.

9. Evaluation of Quotations:

The Client will evaluate and compare the quotations determined to be substantially
responsive i.e. which

(a) are properly signed; and

(b) Conforming to the terms and conditions, and specifications.

(c) The Quotations would be evaluated for all the items together, on the basis of
rates, delivery terms, and warranty.

10. Award of Work:

10.1 The Client will award the work to the bidder whose quotation has been determined
to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation
price.

10.2 Notwithstanding the above, the Client reserves the right to accept or reject any
quotations and to cancel the selection process and reject all quotations at any time
prior to the award of work.

10.3 The Bidder whose bid is accepted will be notified of the award of work by the client
prior to the expiration of the quotation validity period. The terms of the accepted offer
shall be incorporated in the purchase order.

11. Payment Terms:

11.1 90% Payment shall be made in monthly basis based on execution of work in Sq.Mt.
within 30 working days.

11.2 Balance 10% Payment shall be made after clearance of punch-list and successful
completion of work.

11.3 Retention Money shall be deducted from the monthly invoice at 3.5%.

11.4 Retention Money shall be released after subsequent 45 days of successful

completion of work.

12. Indemnity Bond:

After completion of the Work, Indemnity Bond shall be submitted to the Employer in
the form of format provided in the Annexure-A to the RFQ.

13. Jurisdiction:

All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law of
Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad district only.

14. Date of Submission of Offer for Waterproofing With Pure Polyurea in the Inside
Face of Wastewater Retaining Structure of Common Effluent Treatment Plant
(CETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Activation Area of Dholera Special

WHEREAS the Agency has been issued a Work Order for “Waterproofing With Pure
Polyurea in the Inside Face of Wastewater Retaining Structure of Common Effluent
Treatment Plant (CETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Activation Area of
Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), Dholera” valued at INR ___________
(Rupees ___________only) (hereinafter called "Work” which expression shall include
its successors and assigns) on terms and conditions as mutually agreed by the parties.

WHEREAS, a clause of the above mentioned Work provides for the guarantee for the
Polyurea supplied and applied by the Agency to the Employer, to be free from any
defect due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of Fifteen (15) years from the
date of completion of the Work.

The Agency hereby irrevocably agrees to indemnify the Employer in the event of any
defect due to faulty material, workmanship or any defect which may arise in the
executed waterproofing works due to the default of the Agency for the said period of
Fifteen (15) years from the date of completion of the Work. The Agency shall as may
be deemed necessary repair the defect at the site, free of cost, within a reasonable
time specified by the Employer or shall reimburse the all cost of the repair to the extent
as per the Work Order.

The remedies set forth in above clause shall be without prejudice to all the rights and
remedies that the parties may have under the Applicable Law and shall not be the sole
and exclusive remedies of the parties for any breach of this agreement or any matter
relating to any representation, warranty, covenant or undertaking contained in this
Agreement.
