Extraction sieves are mounted with two different nozzle types: 
1. The original type supplied by Larsson, 14mm ‐ 90° (75°) spraying angle, flowrate 320 liter/h at 0,7bar 

        
2. No name, no data type (14mm with poor performance about 45° spraying angle) flowrate 250 
liter/h at 0,7bar 
Poor water distribution add less wash water on the extraction sieves as well 

   
Not impressing to see only a few “Larsson nozzles”, but mainly “no name nozzles” are mounted in the 
extraction sieves. Furthermore, several nozzle mountings are blinded. 

 
Both the “no name nozzles” and the blinded nozzles reduces the original design amount of wash water 
in the extractors. However, I suppose this is no problem at this time with only about 50% of maximum 
extraction capacity is required. 
 
In the future, when full capacity is required, I recommend mounting all nozzles as “Larsson type”, 
described above, and full amount of nozzles (48 pcs in each extraction unit)
