Look at the symptoms and write three things in the lines that a person should do
and shouldn’t do to get better. / Observe los síntomas y escriba tres cosas en

I have a
cough and I
don’t feel
well.

If you have a cough, you have to drink hot drinks and a lot of water, dress
warmly and take a pill for a cough or hot drink (like a liquid medications)

And you shouldn’t drink cold drinks, go out if the weather is cold, have contact
with others.
 I feel very
tired all the
time.

If you feel tired, you should sleep 8 hours at day, do exercise, take a break in
your routine, decrease workload and eat balanced meals and foods that provide
energy.

And you shouldn’t stay awake at night, get stress for the work or families
problems and eat fatty food

I have fever
and a terrible
headache.

If you have fever and headache, you should take a pill, use warm water cloths
in your head for the fever and take a rest.
And you shouldn’t drink alcohol, take a bath with cold water and do exercise or
heavy physical activity.

I have a sore
throat.

If you have a sore throat, you should drink a lot of water, keep your head up and
take a chewable tablet.

And you shouldn’t drink the hottest drinks, eat hard food and drink alcohol.

When you finish your work, send the file to your instructor through the platform
